This is a beautiful hotel in the center of Nafplion, right across the stairs to Palamidi. You can easily park your car around the park (except Saturs=day and Wednesdays between 6am-3pm due to open market). The hotel seems to be an old house of local aristocrats of the 19th century. It's nicely restored and they have preserved the decor and... More

Very nice hotel on edge of old town, close to main restaurant area. Sympathetic conversion of an old house. Friendly, helpful staff, gave good advice on how to get to Athens airport. Free up-grade to large room with very comfy bed

This boutique, family run hotel is a great place for exploring Nafplio. It is small, comfortable and close to the centre of town. The rooms are not huge but adequate for a short stay. The family who run the place bend over backwards to be helpful and make your stay a memorable one. Worthy is special mention is the breakfast... More

Cute little hotel; good location - easy walk to everything. Others have complained about the lack of parking, but really - the public parking lot (free) is one flat block away; it was really no trouble. There are 3 active parking places in front that can be used when dropping off/loading luggage. We booked a Superior room - which I... More

Possibly the loveliest hotel I've ever been to! Spent all of last week there and could not recommend it more. Romantic rooms; distempered walls and brass beds, huge windows with billowy curtains, crisp cotton sheets. A very civilised breakfast from 8am to 10.30am ( which we just and so made), sitting outside in the front of the hotel...sunshine pooling all... More

This is a nice city hotel! I stayed in a room in the back yard and although I though that I wouldn't like it... I loved it! The people working in the hotel are always with a big smile on their face and ready to help you with everything one might need! The breakfast is not big, but it's made... More

First, let me say that the staff were not bad but did not go out of their way to help. The breakfasts were ok and the place has a bar with a nice courtyard. However, we were very disappointed with this hotel. The location is ok but you have to park at the port, and the hotel is on a... More

We enjoyed staying at the Nafsimedon hotel. Our room was in a small house behind the main house and was comfortable, clean, and cool. Breakfast was served outside on the patio and was a nice mix of eggs, spinach pies, breads, jams, cereals. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, a few minutes from the... More

Nafplio makes a great base for exploring ancient sites by bus or taxi. The hotel is within 5 minutes of the bus station and main taxi rank. It is very close to the sea and the old town. The building is charming, with a lovely courtyard for breakfast, drinks and reading. The service here is friendly and very helpful and... More

So glad we stumbled on Nafsimedon Hotel for our Greek adventure. We used Nafplio as our base while we explored Greece. This historic mansion captured me with its charm as soon as I walked into the foyer. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, it was clean, and felt like home. I loved the high ceilings and antique... More
