Spent a lovely stress free week at Kostas Chryssoula July/Aug. Nice refurbished room (no. 2). Clean, comfortable and pleasant room with everything you need. However we only used the kitchenette for a cuppa in the morning and muesli/fruit breakfast. There is a lovely buffet breakfast available in the bar area but we only tried this on the last day. The... Been here for 5 days now apartments are nice and clean and cleaners in every day. Very nice family run place and wee angelo behind the bar. Nice for breakfast and snacks during the day but not in the evening but they have their own taverna 30 seconds away. Maybe that's why there's no entertainment at night though may also... More

Excellent family run accommodation, good relaxing time at the pool and lovely evenings at the bar which is the focal point for all who stay here. Rooms are clean and tidy and all staff are outstanding.

We are just home from 2 weeks in the complex. Don't be put off when you arrive, I know we kinda got a sinking feeling when we were lead down a dark ally in the middle of the night to find our accommodation. After finding our room we slept for 7 hours and awoke to a great sunny day. This... More

Just got back after 2weeks at Kosta and Chrissoula in Plakias, had a great time, excellent location for the beach, tavernas, We went self catering the equipment supplied was very basics, I had seen other reviews so I took a small knife, there was no way of cutting a baguette or bread with a dinner knife, we were not supplied... This was an excellent choice for our first visit to Plakias. Rooms were typically Greek but entirely adequate for our needs. It was a family run unit - a lovely, friendly family. Any request was dealt with immediately { eg extra pillows }. We spent the first couple of days by the pool because of the strong winds. The pool... More

We have visited Plakias several times, sometimes twice in one year. We were last there in October 2013 and once again enjoyed our stay in Kostas Chrissoula. The accommodation is cleaned every day, beds and towels changed regularly. The rooms and balconies vary in size and design; the rooms we have had have been basic but comfortable. The pool is... Over the years we have been many times to different places in Greece. Some other people have commented on the length of the transfer...outward okay but return was, shall we say, a bit chaotic at the airport. Our room was kept spotless by Sonia, all the staff very friendly, and Les the rep too. Thank goodness air con was available....it... More

I went here in May 2012, got home and within an hour had re-booked for September 2012! Now looking at September 2013. I think that says it all. Its a VERY long coach ride from the airport, but well worth it. The rooms are above the average "Greek Holiday Apartments" - modern, spotless and beautifully placed for the long sandy... More
