I have been staying here for ten years. The rooms are spartan, but spotless and inexpensive. One feels very at home. Monsieur Tisserant's cuisine is the finest in the region, his cellar ample, and his home-made deserts, for me, the best in France, simply sublime. Well worth a special visit.
