One of the best holidays we have ever had. 2 adults and 2 children. First time in Austria. Hotel and staff OUTSTANDING, from reception, kids club, housekeeping, restaurant, bar ....everyone extremely helpful and attentive. Facilities are immemse, so much to do. Our family room was huge, king size bed, plus a sofa bed and we took our own camp bed... More

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and 8 years old son in July 2013. We had discovered Seefeld during our trip to spring skiing in Hochgurgl. When we had been going through Seefeld we had fallen in love with this city. At this moment we had decided to stay there for summer vacation. We looked for a family... More

Spent a week at this hotel over New Year with family including a baby and we were extremely impressed with everything. The facilities for babies and children were excellent and all the food was amazing. We were lucky enough to have a room with balcony overlooking the mountains and Seefeld village. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and... More

We stayed for a week in August as a family of five (four adults and one child, aged 5). The hotel is centrally located within the town of Seefeld, which is just 20 minutes from Innsbruck airport. On arrival we were met by friendly reception staff. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. The only minor problem, which occurs in... More

We have just returned from this hotel having spent a wonderful time with our two grandchildren. This hotel thinks of every detail to make your holiday memorable, from low hand rails to special children toilet seats. The amenities provided are outstanding, from well equipped play areas, swimming pools, several play areas to free cycle hire. The food is to die-for... More

We have just returned from a further holiday at this fantastic Hotel ~ our 29th stay, which include Summer and Winter vacations. The high standards achieved over the years are continuing, with spotless accommodation, fabulous food and excellent service from the Staff. It is very family friendly with very good facilities for children in the new "FILO" Club which has... More

We spent a few wonderful days with our grandchildren (age 3 and 7 months) in this hotel. Excellent food for adults and special buffet for the children. Very attentive staff who really make you feel welcome. Superb facilities for babies and toddlers. The children's club is a great asset and the pool area is wonderful. There is a good sauna... More

We have just got back from a 2 week stay and had a great time. We had a single and a double room. Both rooms were a lovely size and tastefully furnished. As Austrian hotels don't tend to have air conditioning I would recommend a room with a balcony so that you can have the door open at night as... More

My wife and I have been to a lot of places but this is only the second review I've felt compelled to write. This was our first skiing holiday with our new baby (10 months) and we were understandably a bit worried about how it would go. The main reason for booking this hotel was the free creche (which was... More

Quite simply the best family hotel I've stayed in. Brilliant facilities for kids , fantastic food, friendly helpful staff and about five mins leisurely walk to the main ski bus stop. I stayed with my wife and four year old who loved the place. Thoroughly recommended !
