A private chateau converted to a hotel is how the place was described to us. Decent sized room, comfortable beds, clean toilet, lovely furniture and an equally wonderful view from the window. We stayed just a night and reached late by which time everything (except the nearby casino) had closed down so did not see much of the neighbourhood. Fantastic... More

This is a really strange hotel. Feels like you on a film set of some 1970's film about a deserted Austrian version of Fawlty Towers! It is a huge place run by about two staff and very few guests. The rooms are large but in much need of updating. Not uncomfortable though. The breakfast buffet is a bit Spartan and... More

I have just come back from a week skiing in Seefeld and stayed in this hotel. As a single person staying here, it wasn't too bad but I would not like to stay here with a partner. Bed was comfortable, rooms warm and hot water (nice big bath) but the sofa and chairs were stained. The rooms and hotel in... More

The hotel is built in the traditional Swiss Chalet-Style and the structure looks beautiful. However, the location is not exactly scenic since it is in well populated locality. The rooms were clean and neat. Wifi is paid, 5 Euros per deice which was a real let down. Did not order food hence, I cannot really comment on service. The complementary... More

We stayed for one night in the hotel in September 2014. Location: The hotel is located on the high area in an isolated but a pleasant town. The hotel is old style with wooden structure. Comfort: The rooms were spacious. Restaurant is located below the ground floor, is small but comfortable. Service: Staff was courteous, but the hotel seemed very... More

Rooms were spacious, very very pure breakfast , dinner was a little bit better but though average..No standard staff in reception, a few times there was somebody there. To have hot water you need to leave it run for more than 10' to use it

The hotel with wooden structure is attractive as commonly such structures are not found. Literally with single person the hotel is managed nicely. But sometimes because of lack of warm water bathing in the morning caused inconvenience.

Stayed here with 3 friends in two adjoining double rooms and had a nice stay. The hotel is traditional looking and the staff were very friendly to us. I think a lot of the negative reviews on this site are based on people's over-elavated expectations. It was a lot cheaper that most of the other hotels we looked at but... More

Good location, 5-10 minute walk from the centre of town and only a 2 minute walk from the Ski Shuttle bus which will take you to most places. Rooms were very spacious and very warm, which was nice to come back to after being out on the slopes all day. The staff weren't always available on the reception desk, but... More

The location is fine. The hotel is very old, but that's fine. It is the service that is so shockingly terrible that makes this one of the worst places I have ever been. The staff were the rudest hospitality staff I have ever encountered. The two men at reception were downright rude (not just rude but aggressively rude to the... More
