Firstly, the hotel staff is very very rude. Never came across such poor hospitality in a 3 or 5 star hotel. They dont know how to behave to customers and dont answer to the queries in a proper manner on phone. They charge for each and everything even if it is included in your room's package and that too 4... More

Yes its the best place to stay in pushkar. The food is good. Giving real feel of palace. Specially swing pool view from my room. The old pattern door Nd most importantly the lift which can accommodate hardly two. Actually it has been adjusted in palace. Over all experience is best.

I stayed here for a weekend when I was attending a wedding. The place looks stunning in the morning and has quite a palace feel. The location is also nice with Pushkar lake being not too far away. The rooms are small, service is slow and almost nil at night time. Water was not always warm and the staff took... More

Well it is hard to say, this is a heritage hotel which offers adequate bedrooms with ancient electricals. The room was clean and airy but the four poster moved a bit. The food was excellent eating dinner and breakfast in the hotel and the gardens were well looked after. Staff are needing to be more welcoming.

We stayed one night at the Jagat Palace after leaving the dreadful Guluub Niwas early. The Jagat Palace is a well presented, well maintained hotel offering tidy, clean rooms, an excellent restaurant and overall good service. It is within easy walking distance to the town's market area, and it is far enough off the roadside to be comparatively quiet and... More

Although only about 15 years old the place looks and feels like a real maharaja's palace. Out room was huge and spotlessly clean with four poster bed. The electrical system was 'heritage' but there was wi-fi in the room. However in mid-December we were the only guests in the hotel though were not overwhelmed by the warmth of welcome! Dinner... Jagat Palace was a great find .... probably the only hotel in the world where it looked better in real life than on the website. The place is well decorated, grounds are lush with greenery, and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, with safes, fridges, and adequate room to stretch out. We ate all meals at the... We spent three nights here during the camel fair and it was great to be able to return to this lovely stately hotel with its quiet pool and gardens after the fabulous but overwhelming chaos of the fair. The rooms are spacious and there are many quiet places opulently decorated in Rajasthani splendour to sit and read or chat. The... More

We only spent one night here but our room was very comfortable and quiet, with a/c and a fridge. The fridge did not work but the service oriented staff easily swapped it for one that did. Internet service worked well. The buildings are very grand, befitting the name; the grounds are lush and the pool large with lots of lounge... More

This hotel looks like palace from the yesteryears but is actually an 15-16 old structure but you wouldnt believe it when you visit. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and is very secluded and almost remote. The access road is very small and filled with potholes. (Not the hotel's fault ofcourse!) The rooms are smallish for... More
