Our accommodation was great, apart from the broken toilet. The huts are well worth the rupees, they're gorgeous and have mosquito nets and a little terrace. The restaurant is really nice too and you can rent motorcycles for just 250 a day. The only downside really was we found some of the staff quite rude and apathetic, like they were... More

We stayed 2 nights in a lovely bungalow. The staff was nice and helpful and the view is beautiful. The owner is greedy and charges extra fee for wifi. Front row bungalows have better view. Near by there is an amazing spot for sunset.

We stayed in the cabana with the bathroom just next to the rice paddy, with the boulder views and cicadas and frogs lulling you in the night. Nice, peaceful nd relaxed place. Children could play in the garden and we could read in the hammock. Sunny Guest House is very close to the Hampi Bazaar ferry, you can rent bike/... More

We booked this guesthouse mostly based on it being recommended by Lonely Planet as we didn't want to turn up in Hampi with no accommodation booked. We were met by one of the staff who was friendly enough but didn't seem to know who we were - he insisted we had phoned him from Goa when we hadn't even been... More

The restaurant provides great food, the staff is extremely helpful and relaxed. The overall ambience of the place is really nice. The hotel is right next to the river crossing adjacent to the Virupaksha temple. Long walks towards the fields, watching the sunset from a nearby hill top...highlights of the trip. The sit down lounge was really nice and the... More

We stayed in Hampi for so so much longer than originally planned and it was because of Sunny Guest House! We loved our stay here. We were in a very simple cabana with an attached bathroom - there was no hot water but in southern India that's just not an issue and for the price we paid we didn't care.... More

This is a great base for exploring both sides of the river in Hampi. The huts are great and the communal area is perfect for hanging out and chatting with other guests. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the bike hire is cheap. The food is good too. The only downside is the lack of wifi, otherwise this... More

A nice, relaxing place to chill out. We stayed in a hut with a straw conical roof which was a nice feature. We had a fan and mosquito net as well as a cold shower but with a perfect temperature of water given how hot it was when we stayed. The only annoying thing was the ants. They were very... More
