I enjoyed my stay at Kiran guest house it is very close to the main bazaar and Temple yet is still quiet at night. The room was large and clean and the shower had hot water. Quiet value homestay (250Rp with bath and Fan). Middle of Hampi in quiet lane end. Friendly, helpful family - did laundry wash/dry for 10Rp an item! Rooms had fan and attached western bathroom. We will never forget this place. It was really magic for us. Family is lovely, rooms are nice and clean (i love the color on the walls!). The view was espectacular at night. Very romantic.

Great place run by nice and hospitable people. Not a place you go to for room-service (they serve only coffee and tea), nice facilities like a swimming pool etc. You only get an 8X 8 room with 2 beds in it.
