Rooms were pretty basic, no hot water when we stayed! Had to request hot water in buckets for our shower! Walking distance to sunset point and lake (which is not that spectacular in my opinion) The hot breakfast and dinner were good. Hotel is outside of main Dharamsala about a 10-15 drive away.

Each room has lovely homely feel, made up very nicely. Gets cold in the evenings, they don't have duvets, take a hot water bottle bag! Lovely comfortable seating and character everywhere. Would not recommend trying to get up and down the hill after dark though, even with a driver as the road up there is narrow and steep.
