i am not sure if it was the off season time which made my stay at this hotel a bad experience. hotel was deserted with only one more room booked. service was poor as there was very little staff available. essential things like hot water took about 90 mins after repeated calls. the food was just average. wifi didn't work... Pathetic place in a village with cow shelter n open toilets in front of some cottages. Poor servi ce n empty hotel. Hotel management least concerned n runs on unprofessional managers. Water shortage in toilets. Had to shift afyer one day stay.

I visited this place in the end of september with my friends. We checked in around 1pm and welcome was good. They offered us lemonade as per request. They offered us free upgrade to the premium room. Though there is not much difference in superior and premium(only difference was bathtub, wooden floor and lcd). So anyway doesn't matter. Food was... More

This hotel has beautiful views of the mountains which is why it has a star from me, otherwise it has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was unwelcoming and impersonal on arrival. The room was dirty, floors, bedding, towels and bathroom. The restaurant was on the 4th floor roof top and the menu was very... More

Great views of the mountains, pleasant gardens and bird life are the only kind words we have for this hotel. It is a dark concrete characterless building with unfinished areas behind the reception block. The main restaurant was closed. Public areas and corridors were filthy. The food offered to us came from a small restaurant on the 4th Flr of... More

We visited in end May15' the resort is nice but the weather was a let down. The location is far from main tourist hubs like Baghsu,Mcloadgunj. That was not the issue but the warm temperatures of 30 degrees plus was not what we were looking for.Anyway no fault of their.

This is a highly priced below average hotel. This hotel ruined our Dharamshala trip, this hotel is one-two hours far away from all the tourist attractions. One can not find this property on their own as it is located in a very deserted area. The staff is not friendly at all. Food is worst here, they have a small kitchen... More

View of mountains from premium rooms and terrace is pretty good. A premium room at this place cost about 4800+ taxes. So pretty low budget with respect to nightly rent. With rent so low you can't expect A class bathroom fittings and well trained staff. However what hurts this property most is its ordinary food quality. The a la carte... More
