Overall great experience. Clean rooms and a well functioning heater is all ud expect from a budget hotel. Will recommend to friends and family. Only one thing though. The bathrooms have an opening towards the passage and may lead to potential privacy issues.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location. Its at the walkable distance from the DalaiLama temple and the market. The manager n the staff were cordial. But the hotel lacks basic facilities. You cant even order food or tea in the hotel.Overall, wudnt like to stay there again.

The only pro of this hotel is that it is near Buddha Temple. They don't clean towels, pillows, bathrooms. Staff is not supportive. They don't have parking. Food was not of good quality. They mentioned many items in menu. But most of them were unknown to chefs(whether they are employed or not). So my experience was bad.

Average budget hotel with basic facilities available. Good location just opposite to famous Dalai Lama Temple. Walking distance to Main Market and Other temples. Staff is not very supportive and not aware about online bookings made through Hotels.com. Faced some problem due to that. Overall decent place to stay!!

I will simply say no to this hotel, forget about the location and all. The girls are not safe here at all. I stayed here and on the same day one of there staff came from a back way to the balcony and was peeping inside the room where our friends were changing and have to sleep that night, that... More

Greets From Hotel Sahiwa I Had a personal look with the trouble that you people had faced at hotel Sahiwa. But if the girls were in trouble then you should have called the local authority for the matter or you should have checked out the hotel but instead people from your group were screaming and shouting in the night premises... I stayed here in end feb begining march. The location is nice, but thats about it. Freezing cold, even with a heater in the room (I had to pay extra for that). It was so cold that it actually has moved my benchmark for "cold hotels". Note that this was a super delux room - I do wonder how a... More

Stayed in a 3rd floor deluxe room 2 nights with friends. The location is excellent and the hotel could have been good if it wasn't for the complete run-down and lack of cleaning. We had to ask for new bed linnen as it was obious they had not been changed after the last guest checked out. The breakfast was disaster,... More

Just stayed there for one day. Yes there are some issue with hotel maintenance but the staff is courteous. We were upgraded to superior deluxe room as the room which we booked was not available. So somehow that worked in our favor as we got a bigger room with hill view. Room needs maintenance.
