Four of us stayed at Mahogany Springs for two nights at the beginning of our African adventure and couldn't have been more pleased! We had a massage after our gorilla trek which was just right! The food was delicious and the service was spectacular! I sat on the deck to check some emails with a beer one afternoon and was... More

We spent two nights in this lovely lodge close to the bwindi forest and we have enjoyed it a lot. Particularly, all staff people were unbelievably nice and dedicated tho the hosts. The rooms are spacious with comfortable twin beds, yet a little bit too firm. Food and assistance for the activities were very good

Mahogany springs Mahogany spring in bwindi impenetrable forest is a great retreat. The drive to get there is very interesting, passing through many villages as well as Elizabeth national park where you may see game animals (we saw 2 of Ugandan big 4 just driving through). The springs itself has a lovely view of the mountains and is maintained very... More

This is definitely the most amazing experience i have had. All the staff are ridiculously nice and very accommodating, they go out of their way above and beyond to do everything for you. The location is breath taking and the rooms are beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone! Fantastic.

Mahogony Springs was our last stop in Africa, and it had to be one of the best. From the minute our driver picked us up, we were treated as if we owned the place. The staff and management do a great job catering to your needs. You are her for one of two things, Gorilla tracking or bird watching, either... More

The very professional well trained staff gives you a warm welcome at arrival, the rooms are very cosy, comfortable and located with privacy and beautiful views. The meals which are included are really nice. We would recommend this outstanding lodge to everyone considering a gorilla tracking, an extra advantage is that the gorilla track starting point is very nearby.

I was strongly recommended this lodge by a tour operator I used for my trip friendsofafricatours@gmail.com +256772545283 Shaq. Soon to be named Hollywood by me as he was respected and well known everywhere. Once I checked in I knew the decision was correct. Staff are absolutely first class. Greeted with a warm wash cloth and glass of fresh juice was... More

My only regret about this place is not staying another night. Service, food and the rooms were excellent. I have visited bwindi before and stayed at some other nearby camps but this one is the only place which has plug points in the rooms (a big plus as i hate leaving my phone to charge in public), also hairdryers, and... We stayed here for two nights while visiting Bwindi for Gorilla trekking. We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Our cottage was pretty and large. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked well and hot water was consistent. General areas of the hotel were nice also and we enjoyed just hanging out there... More
