Our cottage could have used a decent clean as there was alot of dog hair in the cottage when arrived which meant we gave it a good sweep and clean as soon as we got there. Other than that the cottages were cute and good for what we needed. It would have been good if we had access to fresh... More

We have just returned from several days in Margaret River and staying at the Margaret River Stone Cottages. This was the first visit by our visitors from Hong Kong and we wanted them to experience a variety of activities in the Margaret River area including some bushland. We stayed in Cottage No 1 and whilst as not as well fitted... More

We were lucky enough to get a cottage over the October school holidays, and I am so glad we chose to stay here. We were in cottage 1 which is slightly further apart from the other cottages, and with 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in 1 room and 3 singles in the other, it was very comfortable for the... More

A group of eight of us occupied three of the four stone cottages over a weekend. The cottages are well spaced out and therefore we couldn't hear any noise from the adjacent cottages. I would say the pick is No 1 as it's a little bit more separated than the others and has the best views of the nearby forest... More

Just had a weekend here, well we stayed at the Rose Pavillion. This is attached to the owners home with a loverly view of the woods and the wonderful gardens. Over all very happy I just feel a few minor things need some attention. Everything is in one room with the toilet and basin walled off. The switches are all... More

Booked for three nights here over the long-weekend as a quiet trip with my two best friends, her brother, mother, my mother and myself as a quiet, relaxing celebration of turning 16 and as an end-of-exams treat in cottage 1. It was a beautiful, cosy little cottage with fresh surroundings. Perfect for playing board games, paddock walks and roasting marshmallows!... More

We stayed here just this weekend. 2 nights was definitely not enough! The cottage was very well maintained and far enough away from the neighbours that we werent disturbed. We stayed in cottage 1 which has 1 big bed upstairs and 3 singles in a room also upstairs (with adjoining toilet/wash room). I definitely could not find fault with this... More

we had a voucher for 3 n- about half price with a bottle of good wine and had cottage 2- which caters for 5 so my wife's sewing machine had plenty of space! There are 2 upstaris bedrooms -a king bed in the main room and a combined full kitchen/dining/tv area with a pot belly fire-which provides for a very... More

Great hideaway location for time with friends, although near to everything to enjoy as a tourist and wine buff. Would definitely stay here again when in the Marget River wine area. This trip was great and enjoyed the outside fire side chats other some good wine and food. Accomodation and rooms are good size and you will be left alone... More

A lovely, cosy retreat for the family. We loved the fire and the animals. Lots of space for the boys to explore. It was close to lots of things to see and we were able to cook our own dinners which was a saving for the famly. Would go back.
