We stayed here mostly to use the laundry and restock after weeks in state parks. The owner is very friendly, and he maintains this small park himself. It is adequate and clean. Wifi worked slowly. It was full every night we stayed, so call ahead for a reservation.

Small park, nicely kept. Owners are friendly young couple. Plenty of hot water in the showers. Laundry room is clean. 4 washers 4 dryers. Free wifi. Cable TV. About a mile north of I-40. Nice place. Small, flat and well maintained. Large enough for big rigs as well as my small TT. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Close to restaurants and gasoline stations. Easy off and on interstate. Located about one mile behind the flying J.

We've stayed at Ivy's several times now, just overnight as we travel to our destination. Easy freeway access, nice sites and they have the all in one bathroom setup. It is a small RV park but the managers are friendly and the park is well maintained.
