This is my second trip to Petra. I stayed at another hotel closer to the entrance of Petra last time and wanted to save some money so we stayed here on the second trip. For a 3 star hotel, I felt that this was an excellent place to stay. Some of the other reviews comment on not being able to... More

The hotel was a little old but very clean and comfortable. Because it was low season we were able to negotiate a good rate for 2 nights with breakfast included and we were even offered dinner on 1 night! On top of the spa and pool, I must highlight that the staff was amazing. Always willing to help and smiling.... More

The decor is very old. Small rooms, small bathrooms. Breakfast is served but was only okay. Staff is friendly and speaks English but the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 7am and asked if she could clean our room. They have a pool, jacuzzi, and spa, although we did not visit them. I'm not sure what the other options... More

This hotel is located in the city center (center of Wadi Rum) on a small street. The entrance and lobby are lovely and are nicely decorated. There is a swimming pool and a small "Bedouin Tent" bar. The rooms are nicely decorated and are good size. Bathrooms are nice and very clean. Everything is well kept and fresh looking. Breakfast... More

Jordan is known for great service. This hotel brings employees from the Philippines who do not hold the standard of service. While the bed was comfortable, the staff was unfriendly. The heat was set to 10 degrees and it took more than 12 hours to get the room warm. Dinner and breakfast we're both terrible. The tour company said dinner... More

I stayed in this hotel in the Winter month of December . Check in was smoothless. Only one lift with little grumpy start and kinda quick brake system on your required floor makes your lift experience special:) The entrance to the lift is small corner and beware to be in queue there if your in a group or large family... The hotel is clean, with small but confortable rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice indoor swimming pool to relax after vising the beautiful Petra site. Add a small but cozy garden and an agreable terrace to sit or eat, and you will not miss any 5stars hotel. We dd not eat st the restaurant. The only... More

Stayed overnight here after visiting Petra old city. Can be cold in December as no heater. Had lunch, dinner and breakfast - spread was ok. Very helpful staff. Room size on the smaller side. Shower pressure was good with enough hot water. Bed was comfy.

We stayed for three nights and as other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel is well located and offers good wifi and all the services expected from a three star hotel. My only regret is that their expresso machine did not work for the three days we were there. The hotel rooms are a bit run-down and can be quite... More

This is a fine, older hotel, that has been refurbished. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shops in town. The breakfast was good. The Wi-Fi worked well. It is a much better value than, say, the Marriott. The window consists of two double pane windows, one inside the other, but the 5:10 a.m. call to prayer from loudspeakers... More
