Lovely hotel with great staff: attentive, friendly but not overbearing. The room i had was a bit on the small side - not that i needed more as i was out visiting - but had every desirable amenity and was very clean. The lovely pool was a welcome respite after climbing up and down Petra the whole day. The restaurant... More

We can only recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in Petra. Customer service is on high level (something you would expect from a facility with higher rating). Amenities are as described on their page, location and ambient are great. They serve high quality food (breakfast and dinner) for more then reasonable price (dinner). If we would decide... More

I can't say enough things about this amazing hotel. The best part of my stay was the incredible customer service the employees provide. They are all so helpful, efficient and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is perfect for the desert heat. The food was excellent. It's really close to visit the Petra ruins. I highly... More

We spend there two nights with my family and some friends. The staff was friendly and rooms quite gorgeous with amazing beds. Since the hotel is located in higher part of town the sunset was amazing. Food was quite good and abundant, served as buffet. The swimming pool looked amazing but we had not time to use it...I'm sure I... More

We stayed here for one night in between seeing Petra and visiting Wadi Rum. The room were comfortable and the staff really friendly and helpful. We had a buffet supper shortly after arrival which we ate outside overlooking the town; the food was more than adequate and the setting lovely. We had a late evening swim before heading for bed... We stayed here for two days in July. We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was decent and the staff in the eating area were helpful and accommodating. The gardens are quite beautiful, and eating outside in the morning, overlooking the fountain and flowers was very nice. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel... More

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff was wonderful and it's a very nice hotel. Most comfortable beds ever! Didn't get a chance to use the pool or the turkish bath but the pool looked great. They were kind enough to keep the dinner buffet open for us when we checked in late. Wish we'd stayed longer...

We stayed here for one night while visiting Petra. The hotel staff were very kind and accomodating. Our room was comforable, clean and had all the amenities that you could want. We also appreciated our view of Petra in the distance. For dinner we had the buffet that the hotel proposed and ate mostly arabic food; everything was fresh and... More

We enjoyed our stay very much. We arrived very late and the hotel surprised us with opening the SPA out of hours just for us (two families, 10 persons altogether). We had a very pleasant private SPA time with great massages and also the children (between eight and thirteen years) very much enjoyed this experience. Afterwards dinner was served at... More
