We stayed here for one night while visiting Petra. The hotel staff were very kind and accomodating. Our room was comforable, clean and had all the amenities that you could want. We also appreciated our view of Petra in the distance. For dinner we had the buffet that the hotel proposed and ate mostly arabic food; everything was fresh and... More

We enjoyed our stay very much. We arrived very late and the hotel surprised us with opening the SPA out of hours just for us (two families, 10 persons altogether). We had a very pleasant private SPA time with great massages and also the children (between eight and thirteen years) very much enjoyed this experience. Afterwards dinner was served at... More

The accommodation was a welcome relief after a long days tour in Petra. The room was small for three people but adequate as long as you didn't have a loud snorer as we did. We recommend you insist your tour gives you separate rooms if this is the case. The staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities like the... More

We stayed at the hotel for one night while touring Petra. We picked the hotel over a similar but four-star rated hotel because of previous reviews in TripAdvisor. In terms of the room, it was very nice. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of outlets for recharging cameras and camcorders. The bathroom was ok, but the shower provided little water... More

A good price for a hotel with a pool. No particular complaints about the room. The food was okay. An omelet chef in the morning hit the spot, but the dinner was to run away from. One dessert resembled a flamingo pink pin cushion and the cappuccino, while beautifully presented, tasted like essence of root vegetable. You could probably walk... More

Visited here in November of last year and had the best experience! The food was amazing, the room comfortable and the service fantastic. They packed a picnic lunch for our day in Petra and had the best service for dinner. Very, very pleased with this choice, especially since your stay is significantly cheaper than other places. Stay here, you won't... More

Of all the hotels we stayed at in Jordan, this was the best in terms of service and friendliness. Indeed it was the only hotel we stayed at which could be described as genuinely welcoming. The rooms were comfortable (although we had problems with the odd air conditioning unit, as indeed we had with the same unit in a different... More

A very pretty little hotel with great facilities. There is a very relaxed atmosphere and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Located on a hill, there is a great view of the town and the hotel is set in a great location, only about a 5 minute drive to Petra, very helpful and friendly staff would definitely stay there... The rooms in this hotel are fairly standard but comfortable and the facilities are good - a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi which are perfect to rest your feet after a day of dusty hiking around Petra. Staff are all helpful - breakfast very good. Parking available with the hotel. Also for £15 you can have a turkish bath and... More

Really nice hotel and clean. Good big breakfast and we loved the dinner with authentic food. The stuff is the best. Always kind and smiling and very helpful. Nice rooms and really nice that they have a free shuttle to Petra. Comfortable and reasonable. Great garden. Loved it!!!!!
