I stayed there in November 2012. The view from the terrace in your room is amazing and wonderful. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. the food was not so good. the hotel is located near Petra marriott hotel.

Thanks to the room and the views this property earned his 3 stars rating. Good bed, clean room, dated but working bathroom, the view from the terrace was magnificent. Many other aspects were substandard. Without these pro's I would rate it as 1* Staff was very cool, some even arrogant. The bar...horrible service...happy hour from 7 till 8 pm was... More

The location is excellent and the staff are accommodating and respectful. The food is satisfactory. Unfortunately, the physical hotel is dated and requires much renovation including the rooms and furniture. There is no fitness room in the hotel - a big negative for us. The patio doors and windows of our 'non smoking' room did not open and close properly.... More

Huge hotel, packed with tourists, almost all tours overnight here. Many Latin Americans, Spanish and French. Being a mountainous area, the hotel is seated in relief, therefore the rooms are down and you need to take two (or more) elevators to reach the room. Old but comfortable rooms. Dinner (buffet) a bit cluttered. Breakfast is good and fed with fruits,... More

Took a group of over 60 people to Petra and stayed here for a night. The hotel offers greet views and basic rooms. We got in very late and the restaurant stayed open to accommodate us. I was supposed to get a suite, but got a basic room that they say is their suite. The hotel is built downwards and... More

rooms are a little outdated and not the fanciest place, but the views from this hotel make it all worth it. most STUNNING sunset over the valley with a rooftop pool that also has this view and some rooms even have a private staircase down to the pool. internet isn't great, and the location is a bit further out from... Stayed here 2 nights while visiting Petra. Our room was OK--it didn't have a balcony like many others. The view of the valley is fantastic. The bathroom only had a soap dispenser at the sink, no soap for the shower. When we asked house keeping for soap, they brought us more shampoo. I guess that is it here. Luckily, we... More

We stayed at this hotel only for one night prior to our Holy Land Pilgrimage. The panoramic views of the sunset and sunrise at Petra is great! The breathtaking view of Petra adds to the excitement for first time travellers while relaxing at the pool. The lobby is very clean, the furnitures are well kept, the front desk staff are... More
