My wife and I stayed for just one night. It is located on a hillside, with a superb view and near the marvellous Petra. Rooms are neat and clean, comfy and easy on the eye. Restaurant is very good. Buffet dinner was yummy and service very friendly. Our stay was excellent.

A beautiful hotel built on the mountain surrounded by beautiful & amazing mountains. We just spend a night & did not had the time to go around the town. From the look of it, the town seems to be very bust at night. Food is tasty. We like the breakfast. Friendly staff. Our pilgrimage group has a good rest (sleep)... More

This hotel was an unusual and unique experience. You enter on the first floor as with any other hotel (After your luggage is x-rayed for security reasons) Then to go to your room (We were on a high floor) You go DOWN because all of the rooms are lower down the mountain than the reception area. The buffet dinner and... More

I'm back from Petra Panorama Hotel where we spent 7 days (May, 3rd to 9th, 2015). In this hotel there was a conference we joined. I have to say that the previous reviews written here at Tripadvisor are a little bit confusing and not so true. Hotel is located along the road from Wadi Musa town. We were accommodated at... More

Dirty and very damaged bathroom. The toilets did not flush, we had to ask 3 times to have them repaired. The shower was uncomfortable and the sink was leaking. The food is great but the restaurant manager told me off in a very aggressive way because I took a piece a cake with me when I left. Other people in... More

The views from this hotel are utterly spectacular. The staff are friendly and go 'above and beyond'. I needed to scan a document and they don't have a scanner in the business center. They welcomed me back into their offices to use their personal scanner and computer so I could e-mail the doc. I enjoyed the meal buffets. In the... More

We were moved to this hotel at the last minute unexpectedly by our tour company. The property is old and tired, dark hallways and aged furniture. Located quite a distance from Petra. Lovely views from the large balcony and an adequate breakfast made it not a terrible stay, but we weren`t disappointed to leave the next day. Wifi has to... More

This is a very old hotel far away from Petra. The personnel is not polite the food is not good and all the interior looks like a hospital. Please put some color and make a good renovation or close it. The only good thing is the view

Wow - I read all the Trip Advisor reviews prior to staying here and I'm glad I did. My expectations were so low that I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice and enjoyable my experience was. We were greeted by a lovely young man who had our room ready. Our luggage was promptly delivered to the room. The room... More

the hotel was empty due to the ongoing war in the middle east. food buffet was ok. however they charge your 4 dinars for wi fi on a daily basis. short stay ok , the rooms are very far away from the reception, if ypou wanted something you need to take 2 lifts to get to the main lobby.
