Cannot say this is a 4 star hotel .. more like 2 1/2 star. On entry, the lobby is as cold as the wintery outside ... see a crack atrium glass that has not been fixed. This cold permeate through the very odd and narrow corridor and the room. The building is built terrace like with the lobby at the... More

We loved our stay at Petra Panorama Hotel! The staff was kind and professional, always attentive to our needs. Qais, the customer relations manager, went out of his way to provide us with excellent service. The staff gets 5 stars in our book. We would stay there again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

The hotel scores and towers because of the breathtaking view of the Petra Valley. The terrace structure through which every room gets a view of the valley makes it a unique experience. If you are travelling in a group, you can take rooms side by side and the common terrace lets you enjoy together. The food is strictly ok especially... More

The view from the terrace of our room was indeed wonderful but wasn't any chair to stay and look. The bathroom very old and the towels are grey not white because they are very used. At breakfast and lunch the food wasn't good, the coffee was only boiled water. For sure it is not a four star hotel.

Thanks to the room and the views this property earned his 3 stars rating. Good bed, clean room, dated but working bathroom, the view from the terrace was magnificent. Many other aspects were substandard. Without these pro's I would rate it as 1* Staff was very cool, some even arrogant. The bar...horrible service...happy hour from 7 till 8 pm was... More

The location is excellent and the staff are accommodating and respectful. The food is satisfactory. Unfortunately, the physical hotel is dated and requires much renovation including the rooms and furniture. There is no fitness room in the hotel - a big negative for us. The patio doors and windows of our 'non smoking' room did not open and close properly.... More

Huge hotel, packed with tourists, almost all tours overnight here. Many Latin Americans, Spanish and French. Being a mountainous area, the hotel is seated in relief, therefore the rooms are down and you need to take two (or more) elevators to reach the room. Old but comfortable rooms. Dinner (buffet) a bit cluttered. Breakfast is good and fed with fruits,... More
