We stayed here for 1 night. On our trip to Petra. The rooms, terrace and lounge are beautiful. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel should be at least 4 star, but is not has there is no bar. There is a lovely swimming on the terrace.

Overall our stay was adequate. We have no complaints regarding the room or bathroom as they were both pleasant enough. They had all the services normally required for a two-night stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly. However, there were a few downsides. Primarily, although the WiFi was free for guests, the system was strange and quite impractical in terms... More

Very friendly staff, helpful and extremely polite. The terrace on the 5th floor is an amazing spot to watch the sunset. Unfortunately due to waning tourism, some services, such as room service, were not on offer, but this did not detract from the hotel being a perfectly good place to use as a base in Petra. Breakfast could do with... More

This hotel knows how to look after its guests. A really lovely experience - personal service at breakfast, super fast laundry and they even extended our checkout time by two hours to suit our needs. The wi-fi is a little slow, but otherwise functional. It is possible to walk from the hotel down to Petra - a few people have... More

Chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews, instead of choosing one of the options suggested by our Jordanian tour company. What a mistake! Rooms were a good size and were nice and clean. And the staff tried hard. However there was a sewer smell from a drain on our balcony, so we had to keep the door and windows closed.... More

This hotel is located majestically on top of the mountain facing the ancient city of Petra. Though we did not stay in this hotel, our tour guide told us it's a popular hotel for many tourist as it is at the central location & every things is available around it. Hopefully & God willing we may stay in this hotel... More

We booked this place directly at the reception at JD 35 for one night without breakfast. But if one confirms the booking on the Internet you can get a better deal. So check the websites before approaching the hotel. The hotel is clean and decent. We stayed for one night only. Petra is very near by car or even walking.... More

Unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use the roof top pool nor terrace. The 2 bedroom family suite was very good although the announced DVD-player was missing. Quite some noise from the street. No public parking. Arriving late for diner ( 8.30 pm ) the cook had already returned home. He did return and roasted the chicken as dry... More

I was staying there om a package tour, so I did not choose the hotel myself. You could feel the springs in the mattresses, and the pillow was just to high for me. And we had to pay for wi-fi, which suprised us as it had been free at the other hotels. OK size of the room, OK breakfast and... More

This is a nice & clean hotel with peace & in a quiet area. Though it's a bit far from Petra, it's easy to walk downwards the hill to the location but of course not everyone can walk back up the hilly area. Worth the money spent!
