The hotel staff was nice, but the beds felt like solid slabs of concrete. We asked to be moved to another room. They showed us the room and it had the same beds. We checked with several others in our group and they all had the same concrete hard beds. The food was ok, but not that great. Also, if... More

I was here for two nights with my wife and child of 9 years of age. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Located on the main road to Petra. About 3 miles out. 5 JD in a taxi to main gate. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were very friendly.... More

When we arrived to Petra (Wadi Musa) to be honest i didnt expect that much of quality nor service to be perfect and up to national standards. since i travel alot as working in an airline flight attendant i spend half of my life in hotels, and am jordanian so u got the idea. but when we arrived and checked... I stayed at this hotel back in 2011 when my husband and I got married. From the outside it didn't look too nice but when we got inside the people were very welcoming! When we were taken to our rooms I was impressed. Very clean and cozy. This year when I stayed they had upgraded to flat screen tvs n... More

Friendly staff, clean room with all you need for proper rest after exhausting all day hiking in the mountains. Delicious food will restore your energy. Place to stay that I am recommending to my friends.

This was probably one of the friendliest hotels I've ever been in, though you'll struggle to find few locals who aren't friendly and helpful. Unusually as we were mixing a business trip with a few days holiday we were there for 11 nights, rather than the 2 day in-out visit of the Petra visitor. Over the time the rooms were... More

By all appearances, this hotel survives on tour groups and people (like, unfortunately, we did!) who book through travel agents. We stayed one night and, I think, only a couple of other rooms were occupied but the fact that the dining room was laid out with a few (4-5) small tables and then many, many tables set for 20+ people... The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is hospitable. The rooms are clean. The hotel is situated not far from visitors' center. Special thanks to Muhammad in the reception and to Emad the restaurant manager.

My travel guide (Rough Guide) describes this to be a decent enough place although the rooms are somewhat generic, i.e. boring. Not mine! Have I ever had a room with a round bed and mirrors on the walls.... I am sure everybody seeing the room thinks of somewhat naughty thoughts! Oh well, I am not complaining at all. The room... More

A little way away from the sights, however we had a driver so this was not a concern. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. The pool was lovely and cold. Local shops had everything I needed. Wifi (extra cost) was quick.
