Good standard for this hotel located closed to the Petra entrance site. The rooms are large, it is quiet and well decorated, The staff is nice and friendly. Only problem, the food, good but too much international. Closed to the hotel there is the Red Cave which is fabulous and welcoming with real jordan food. You can buy the tickets... More

The location was probably the best thing about this hotel. About a 5 minute walk down the main street to the gates of Petra! The rooms were nice and clean. The hallways and other areas of the hotel looked a bit run down - peeling paint and stained carpets. One of the elevators was out of order while we were... More

We chose this hotel for it's location and ability to accommodate our family of five. The beds were very large, king sized, and comfortable. Thank fully we had a non-smoking room. This is important inJordan where there is lots of smoking and some hotels are quite ripe with the odour of stale smoke. The bathroom was also large. The shower... More

Very close to the entrance to Petra which is the reason for visiting. Comfortable rooms, I thought the food was good, especially the choice of pastries at breakfast and drinks service was good at dinner. Only issue was no option of hot water at breakfast but they provided it when asked. Good free wifi in the lobby.

This hotel had an amazing location and that's so important. The hotel was clean and our room had a bath , what a treat ! Good lift Sadly the water in the swimming pools was very cold ! The food was only ok though. I did not eat any of the main course at night as they were luke warm... More

Tired & worn out like an old motel. Cleanliness just about acceptable. Buffet dinner by the poolside was inedible. Could only stomach the boiled eggs and cereal for breakfast. Location was the only good thing, about 200m to the entrance to the Siq.

Good location for visiting Petra but hotel needed renovations. Old and not well maintained. Air conditioner did not work. Soap dispenser was broken and person who came up to room did not fix it. Breakfast was the highlight here.

I stayed here as part of a tour so I can't comment on whether this place is a good deal or not. But the hotel needs a serious update. Facilities are functional but are very dated. Table cloths were stained and looked like they haven't been changed in a long while. Breakfast and dinner buffet were of reasonable quality, but... More

Is near everything and you don't need to walk around the city to visit Petra, is just some meters. breakfast is good, many typical things, staff friendly! big beds in the room, swimming pool if you have time and a bar where many people come to stay, drink and talk!

The hotel itself is clean, but a bit run down. It had a sign at the entrance displaying four stars, but this is definitely not a four star hotel. I shared a room, which I was told was for four people. While it was comfortable for two, it would have been a tight squeeze for four. The shower was good,... More
