We stayed 3 nights here as part of our tour of Jordan. We had a really nice room, not far from reception, very clean, great bathroom and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit out of town so you will need a taxi if you want to go out to eat. Free WiFi... More

I stayed two night in Nov 2007 with my mother. It was enchanting, delightful. The checkin was in one of the original buildings as was where we ate. The food was very traditional and plentiful. The outdoor pool had a wonderful setting though it was closed. There were delightful small shops run by local artisans where you could look and... More

I stayed here with a friend whilst visiting Petra. It is a bit rambling and quaint which being created from a village settlement is probably part if its charm. Set quite high up it on the hill side it has some wonderful views down into the valley. Because of the time of year it was very quiet (not to mention... More

Very nice spacious rooms, very clean. Breakfast very basic. Not too many options for dinner. Nice view from hotel restaurant. Quite far from town (it's not walking distance). No internet in room, just in reception and restaurant. Not too many options for evening.

Set on a hill, Beit Zaman has been created from an old stone village. It is quaint and adequate but not really that much more. Our room was built on a terrace, was quite large and looked out to the south-east. [Room 301] At night the lights of the town across the valley were very pretty. On a previous stay... More

I loved our all too short stay here. To know that this complex was at one time a village. Beautiful restoration job! It was fun trying to remember where our room was, due to all the winding lanes in the complex. I imagine the rooms were decorated in keeping with theme of what the villagers might have had in their... More

The layout of this hotel is certainly unique - many stone cottages joined together at the navel wandering over the hilly property. It does provide a bit more privacy than the ordinary hotel and makes finding your room on first entry "interesting." I had wished the hotel were closer to Petra, but it's sort of by itself in the hills... More

This hotel in Petra was booked for us, as we were travelling as part of a large group, and I couldn't be happier with this hotel choice. As soon as we got off our bus I was enthralled. The hotel was actually a village, so the complex is spread out nicely with paved paths leading through gardens to guest rooms.... More

This hotel is good, but it doesn't look like a 5 star-hotel... The access to the rooms is complicated, with ramps and steps. The idea is good, they wanted to make it look like the architecture of the area, but with the luggage, it is not very practical... The rooms are big and clean, but not very cozy. We had... More

Beautifully located and maintained with free wifi in the "common parts", we really enjoyed this hotel! The food was also pretty good and the staff/service most acceptable. Much preferable we felt to staying in a more expensive hotel right by Petra which is pretty much a tourist-fleecing exercise and the town itself has little to commend it.
