We stayed at the Bedouin camp during February half term. We were made to feel really welcome, food was provided upon request and endless cups of ginger tea! We were also given lifts to Petra and back by the owner which was a bonus. The accommodation was basic, as you would expect...little huts with camp beds. The toilet block and... More

We arrived at night and the first thing we noticed was the spectacular lights dotted around the adjacent hills which easily numbered in their hundreds and would've taken a lot of effort to put up. The food was very good for dinner and there was plenty of tea which was great, but only if you like it very sweet, which... More

My friend had stayed here several times before and was very excited to take me there as well. It was absolutely wonderful (though it can get quite cold at night). Beautiful place, lots of tea, delicious food, fire at night with interesting people. My only regret is not staying longer so I could explore the area and hang out more.... More

We stayed for one night in this camp in the Cave Room (which we couldn't recommend enough) and also had dinner there on two other nights. The camp is stunning, surrounded my amazing rock formations which are lit up at night, and the staff are brilliant. The manager, Anas, is particularly good - flawless English and really friendly and knowledgeable... More

I've had 2 visits to the camp now, about 12 months apart, one in August 2012 and one in August 2013. On the first they were just undergoing some changes in terms of bringing in a new manager who has really made a difference since being in charge. Great atmosphere, surrounded by it's own natural rock "amphitheater" , amazing Bedouin... More

The camp was great the food was good and the manager Anas was super helpful speaks perfect English and and willing to help in anyway he could. Only issue is the hot water only works at night when the power is turned on so no showers during the day. Otherwise a perfect experience.

Little Petra Bedouin Camp is a beautiful location. Staff, food and options for entertainment are great! Certainly worth a visit, even if it's just for a night out enjoying local food and drinking tea in the Bedouin tents.

Seems already to long ago but my boyfriend and I were so glad to stay here, Anas and his friends are very helpful and can tell you al lot about the environment and Jordan, delicious food and a breath taking place during the night. Stayed for two nights and slept one under the stars next to the fire with the... More

Spent two brilliant evenings at the camp. Fantastic food, hospitality and conversation with the staff at the camp. The new manager who has taken over in the last few months was more than willing to help us with anything we needed and gave us insight into local life. While we didn't stay the night, we looked at the Cave Room... More

although we stayed overnight in Wadi Musa we were invited and taken to the camp to have a look and a drink. The place is very nicely done,we didn't see the actual sleeping tents, but the impression under the starry sky was great. If you don't mind simple sanitary and go for sleeping near nature and under the stars, take... More
