The balcony at the back of hotel provides amazing view to Wadi Musa and Petra. We stayed in a room next to the balcony and enjoyed the great view when waking up and before going to sleep. The room and bathroom were a bit small, but okay for a budget hotel. They provided organized trip but we found cheaper ones... More

Thanks for taking the time to review the hotel. Apologies for forgetting your lunch box. Also, sorry you got hassled by the shuttle driver about Wadi Rum - it is not something I condone and I will talk to them. Not sure what "organised trip" you are referring to - we offer transportation from the hotel to various places in... More

We stayed at this hotel twice during our Jordan trip. I have fairly mixed thoughts on the hotel. Rooms For example, the first time we stayed at the hotel, we had a spacious, clean, well maintained room, but the second time we stayed, the room was a fair bit smaller, the toilet and shower were practically on top of each... OK - so I may sound a bit erked! but a hotel is "deemed" budget for a reason - if we renovated all the rooms and bathrooms so they were larger with new furniture, we would no longer be "budget". Bathrooms - all our bathrooms are SMALL. This hotel is old and the size of the bathrooms reflect this. However,... More

The hotel is eccletic and individual. It has all the comforts required including air con and heating. I had an amazing stay although my arrival there was fraught due to a... More

My husband and I went to Petra in May. We stayed at the Rocky fof four nights. It's a budget hotel, very clean, rooms are small with old forniture. Breakfast is good, we paid 40 euros per night and we stayed well. It's a good budget choise.

We spent 4 nights here in the low season (june) and really loved the place. The hotel is situated on the top of the hill looking out over town and Petra. There's a restaurant / chill area in bedouin-tent-styl with a balcony and great views. Wifi works fast everywere in the hotel. Jane is a great host and has been... More

A very cheap hotel by 3 JOD taxi ride close to Petra. It is not new at all. Very clean. No uninvited species in rooms. Roof terrace is breathtaking, great food for 8JOD. Some midnight rifle shooting noise. Calculate 4 AM muezzin call. Great personnel, very very good accomodation for such a price. Go there a day before visiting Petra... More

Stayed for three nights in mid-May. Pros: -Awesome view from the restaurant terrace out over Petra. Put simply, one of the best views of the trip. And definitely the best sunset view. The terrace is long and a bit narrow, but there is just enough room for everyone to sit side by side looking out. -I want to say how... More
