Its a small but clean place with we booked for 12 hours stay in petra. The good thing is that the hotel owner is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small with an even smaller washroom but if budget is your priority then its a nice place to stay! The only negative thing is the breakfast which is... More

The staff were very helpful: giving directions or any information you need, helping to call if necessary. The location is quite good, near supermarkets, restaurants or ATMs. However, the shower is kind of old and the volume of water is quite low.

This hotel is very much a budget hotel, and if you go in with those expectations then you won't be disappointed. Gail is a fantastic host and the common area was always welcoming with wifi, tv and movies and board games for travellers to enjoy. Breakfast was so ole, but good, and definitely gave you the emery needed for a... More

We stayed here in late-July for 5 nights and loved it. Gail and her husband, Ibrahim, are wonderful and their hotel is one of the best budget options in Jordan. We got the private double-bed room with ensuite bathroom. It was clean & very well decorated with a fan (which was plenty to keep it cool). There isn't wi-fi in... More

I loved my stay here with my friends, the best part is that the owner of the place is very knowledgeable and understanding toward the tourist requirements and have services that makes one’s stay here comfortable. The rooms are nice, well maintained and value for money and the location is another added factor as to why the place is a... More

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and for the entire time we were well looked after. The breakfast, which is included in the price, provides many options and staff are happy to cook/prepare other food throughout the day. Staff were also very knowledgable on local area and arranged a taxi for us at a reasonable price, so that... More

While I was unfortunately unable to stay here (because I was not staying overnight in Petra), I did wander in with my friend who had the privilege of staying in this adorable hotel. The location is SUPER convenient to everything and the owner is the most helpful and kind person you may ever have in a hotel. She is a... More

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and comfy and the breakfast was nice. Staff were understanding and accommodating when a delayed flight changed our plans at the last minute. We took the hotel's taxi service from the Eilat border crossing and stopped to admire the viewpoints on the way. Gail's tasty packed lunches (available for purchase... More

After traveling the whole day with a taxi driver who speak little English and tell me little about Jordan, it is so refreshing to check into a backpackers where Gail (I believe) speaks perfect English (I believe she is a English lady after all). She gave really helpful advice and some cheap way of traveling to dead sea resort. The... More

A clean and a cozy hotel about 20minutes walk to the Petra site. The sunset and sunrise on the hotel's terrace is fantastic. I stayed in the dorm room which was well maintained. Wifi signal is strong only at the reception area. Breakfast and lunch (took a lunch box for the site visit) was yummy. I went to Wadi Rum... More
