One of the best budget hotels I've stayed in anywhere - and I've stayed in a few! Gail was incredibly friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. My double room on the first floor was homely, had a really comfortable bed with a great duvet and had a great shower with hot water in the en suite. I... More

It's about 20 min walk to Petra entrance but you can easily get a taxi, just make sure you don't get ripped off. Gail is very helpful and there are a number of tours / services offered. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a banging noise at night but might just be a one off. Wifi only downstairs... More

It is amazing what you get for the price. Very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast (try the lunchboxes when you go to petra), good wifi, and clean spacious rooms! A very nice place to rest after a long and impressive day of Petra.

It's nice hotel in centre of Wadi Musa (15 minutes by foot to Petra). Rooms are simple but nice and clean. They served good breakfast. Gail, who worked there is very helpful and nice. You can bought there simple lunch to Petra trip (tasty and much cheaper then what is served in Petra).

This is a great little hotel run by the lovely Gail and Ibriham. Gail's UK heritage means its easy to communicate, and she is more than aware of 'Western' expectations re: what the hotel offers. The location is great - in that it is not in the main throng of tourist hotels closer to Petra Gate where prices are inflated... More

Great stay from start to finish, Gail is very communicative by email before arrival and endlessly knowledgeable on all things Petra and Jordan in general. Really helpful in every way. Rooms are spotless, sheets smell of fresh laundry. bathrooms good with hot water morning and evening, shower curtains and all en suite. Basic cleaning and re-stocking of rooms daily. Breakfast... This place was great! The owners were friendly and very accommodating. They provided recommendations for getting around, where to eat, and anything else you might be needing. They also have a nice Jordanian breakfast, packed lunches (for a small additional fee), and hot showers during most of the hours you'd be interested in taking a shower. It's a bit of... More

This hostel was a great place to be as a solo traveller. The staff were really nice and it is the perfect place to meet other travellers. The roof terrace is the perfect place to lie in the sun and relax after a long day exploring Petra. The rooms are adequate with comfy beds and lots of blankets.

We stayed here one night before going to Petra. The host is very nice. Our room was a little cold, but there were enough blankets to keep us warm, and by morning the space heater had done its job. We also just weren't really prepared for January in Petra (cold!). The sack lunches for Petra were great, definitely worth 3.50... More

Nice hotel with really nice staff. They are very helpful and friendly. Private rooms are clean only hot water is available in time periods. Its position is only 15-20 min of walk from Petra Visitor Center. Nice terrace and near restaurants. Lovely.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to write. Glad you liked your stay. The hot water is available from 6am-9am and from 2pm-10pm. I'm afraid we can't provide it for longer during the winter as it's just so expensive (my Jan electric bill was over 700JD!) In the summer this extends to 6am-10pm as we just invested in a solar...
