This hotel was one of the cheapest when we were looking, so I suppose you get the service for the price you are paying but I would not choose it again. It has a great location - just few hundred meters from Petra archaeological site. But the service is very poor. We took standard double room, that was so dusty... More

We got ourselves two rooms, one double and one triple bed. It felt like both were the same size rooms with one having an extra bed and it was really cramped up. We had issues with charging points and the flush too. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is basic. But overall not a good experience even for the price.

The hotel is in a great location 5 minutes to the entrance! Quality price is very good with a nice room and very warm welcome from the staff. You will be also near many restaurants to have dinner. There is also a supermarket right down the stairs which is very convenient! Highly recommended. Thanks!

No towels, No AC, No heater, No water heater.. Pillows are very thin. Tv is very old school. Power outlet is broken. Breakfast is extremely basic. Bread, butter, coffee and tea. Staff is ok. Not amazing. Good thing: 5 minutes walk to entrance of Petra. Convenience store downstairs There are better hotels around.

Petra Sunset hotel has a great location, for the money you pay you really get much more. Modest room but all what you need you have it: warm and nice staff, great hospitality, nice food, awesome location and most of all big hearted people. I went alone for 2 days but everyone was so nice to me, smiling, helping me,... More

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. This hotel has an amazing location - 2 minutes level walk to the entrance to Petra, convenience store down stairs plus restaurants right next door. Definitely can't fault this location! The lobby is sparkling clean, plus has fast free wifi. Definitely great value for money! The rooms are basic,... More

If you are curious about the local foods of the country that you visit, it is an obligation to eat mansaf at sunset hotel, it is delicious!!! Attention! at least 2hours before you need to inform reception, because mansaf one of the special jordan dishes and it takes 2hours to prepare the meal... believe me, after you finish your diner... It is not a luxury or very cozy hotel, but it is low budget and clean. Spending one night there is absolutely fine and the hotel is located perfectly - 3 min walk to the entrance of Petra. The beds are comfortable, the toilets clean and the breakfast very basic. For this prime location the prices are very low. I... More

The only thing that is good about this hotel is that it's near the Petra entrance (if you want to be early just a few minutes and you're right there), plus the room is cheap that comes with breakfast and also a convenience store just at the ground floor. First thing that you'll notice is that they don't have an... More

Location might be perfect, just few hundred meters from the entrance of Petra, but the room was really bad. Shower hanger was broken. Toilet was very small. The room was old. No elevator. However, breakfast was very nice, full of choice. Staffs were nice. Supermarkets just right down the hotel. However, if you dont mind walking, there are many places... More
