We have spent 4 nights at the Hidab Hotel in Petra / Wadi Musa, Jordan. This is probably the best price/performance ratio hotel in Petra / Wadi Musa. The hotel is very well managed, the rooms are clean, the food is good, the rooftop pool is excellent especially after an exhausting day in Petra. There is also a Turkish...

The rooms were adequate at the Hidab--comfortable bed and hot water, but a small TV with a complicated tuner badly balanced on top of it. The price was also right. The Internet was down for our two-night stay, with management blaming the problem on Amman, on an "accident" and so forth. When we appeared downstairs with our bags to check... More

Friendliest staff you could meet and happy to help in any way they could! Hotel and its rooms were very clean. Food was excellent. We were few people there but we were treated to super food and felt like home. Hotel is situated well out of the town and it's quieter than the hotels downtown (big mess out there). We... More

The people who runs this hotel are really friendly, and seem happy to help in many ways. The breakfast was very good, and even when we asked for Arabic dish for breakfast ( foul) they made it for us next day and it was delicious. This is abviously not a luxury hotel, and considering the price we paid its really... More

If you would like to experience a lazy hotel this is the place. While the staff is friendly, they obviously have been given directions to not fix anything and pay the lowest wage to staff. Where do I begin. We want to plug the kettle in and the search begins. Most of the plugs are old style plugs that will... More

Amazing and very helpful staff, and they have a great customer service. Rooms are very good and clean. Excellent choice for a great value. In general, it's the best option to consider if you are planing to go to Petra. I strongly recommend this hotel. Many thanks for everything to Mohammed and Ibrahim. :)

Hidab Hotel is real nice hotel. It is near Petra the old city. If you ask the people of the hotel to take you anywhere they are very very helpful. The room we stayed in was very nice and big. Good shower. Clean. There is a Turkish Bath what is very good with massage if you want. After walking in... More
