We stayed 5 nights here to visit Petra . Rooms are small but clean and adequate. Heater available as nights were cold . We were also able to arrange for our laundry to be done at a reasonable price.Breakfast is adequate and Cleopetra offers lifts to Petra site in the mornings. taxi back costs 2 JD so reasonable . Do... More

My visit in Petra was quite unprepared and rather improvised-the more I was surprised to find this cozy little hotel. It was a very comfortable place to stay in Wadi musa in a walking distance from the Petra site-and the walk is definetly worth it-and as it is in the center of the town, many restaurants and shops are close.... I came here in Early feb and I had the whole hotel to myself!!! I was the only guest. The staff are brilliant and are full of life and more than happy to help you with anything. I had a single room and it was quite small, I am a little disappointed they didn't give me a double. I know... More

This budget hotel is exceptionally good value. The staff are very helpful, trustworthy and friendly. We got a great deal of helpful advice from the owner - he's a wonderful man as were the rest of the staff. The homemade buffet dinner is extra but recommended as it was very tasty and again great value for money. The owner and... More

Even though I didn't get to stay in the rooms here because it was fully booked, I managed to try their dinner spread while I was in the town. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced for a buffet serving local fare. Dishes include the usual falafels, bread, hummus, koftas, lentil soup and dessert. On a side note, the... More

The hotel, if you can all it that, is very basic. The rooms are small and the hotel looks like a normal apartment building has been turned into a hotel. However, our host, Moslah, makes up for its shortcomings with great hospitality. He and his father are very friendly and make sure that you are taken care of. We had... More

The Cleopetra has helpful, friendly staff, clean rooms and smoke-free lobby. Breakfast and welcome tea is included and Wi-Fi is only 2JD for your entire stay. The staff are helpful in recommending restaurants and tours to other parts of Jordan. As there is not a lot of night life in Jordan, it was nice that the lobby had plenty of... More

Mosleh is a great receptionist! Pick up service to Petra entrance, breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, bread, hummus, tomatoes, cucumber, salami, apricoat jam, butter) and welcome tea are included in the room price. If your sleep is not deep, ask for a room facing the courtyard. If you are looking for a 5 stars hotel, go to a 5 stars hotel.... More

Hotel opposite a school - very noisy when school's on. The bus stop nearby is not the Jett bus stop (which is nearer to Petra's main entrance). There is some sewage smell coming from the plumbing system from the bathroom. Other than that, the manager and staff are very-very kind and helpful. they also help with arranging for the cheapest... Dear Customer,We Thank you for sharing your experience about our place ! Regarding the noise come from the next door school we do have a double glass window but if you left it open and you are very light sleeper then that would have an effect on you of course, Also for the transportation to Petra main entrance we do... I was struck by how almost every review of this hotel mentions Mosleh, the owner -- and after staying at the Cleopetra for two nights, I can see why! He's very friendly, loves to joke with his guests, and above all he's very knowledgeable about travelers' needs. He can arrange transport to your next destination for a good price; we... More
