we arrived by night, our dinner was waiting for us, the food was really good and home-made! The place, even in the dark looked amaizing, many common rooms to smoke shishas or have tea with people on the site. We could speak with the owner about culture, history and he also gave us a lot of tips aout the hikes... More

Nice rural village especially suggested for hiking and bird watching. The guest house offers a dramatic view of the valley, every room has a really nice balcony where you can see a beatiful sunset on the mountains. Very clean and nice rooms, no double bed rooms, shared bathroom. Really good dinner and breakfast. Every one very helpful. Really good atmosphere!

Serenity. Peace. Silence, only broken by the distant sounds of wild animals... And what a view from balcony. I could have stayed here for weeks, reading books. Wish we had time to explore the natural reserve. Very nice staff, simple rooms, good food, most pleasant fireplace in the community room.

We stayed there only one night but truly it deserves at least 2-3 days as the valley and mountains are so incredibly beautiful and we had time to do only one rek. Regarding the guest house, the rooms were simple but with an amazing view from the balcony. We had also diner and breakfast there and we really enjoyed thd... More

Very friendly people. Fantastic views and good food. Clean tidy rooms also with great views. The walks by the camping site were great.you need a car to get there or pay. Wifi only available in dining room and very slow. We were recommended a walk(1 hour they said only if you were a snail) to the spring past the gardens.... More

The Dana Guest House offers accommodation with a real "wow" factor by virtue of the stunning view that each balcony offers. The rooms have a shabby chic charm with facilities across the corridor. The staff are charming and very helpful and the food is wholesome, tasty, varied and plentiful. But it was the scenery, birdlife and walking that really grabbed... More

This place is doing great things to support ecotourism in Jordan. Seems newly built and rooms are clean with basic but thoughtful decor and a terrace over looking the wadi. Staff are very helpful and keen to advise about hikes. The food was very good, lots of choice for dinner and breakfast. Price wasn't cheap - nearly £100 - but... More

Very well situated, quiet, great views from the balconies (all rooms have one). Equipped and furnished with good and simple taste. Common baths and showers. Clean. Average breakfast. We only spent a night. As we were leaving at 4pm we asked if we could use the showers after our hike, and before leaving, but they refused. But I sneaked in... More

Dana Guest House is a really nice set up, a world away from the glitzy Dead Sea hotels. Bedrooms are simply furnished - bed, table, clothes rail - and locally made individual soap is provided (but bring your own shampoo & toiletries) along with towels etc. It was our first experience of shared bathrooms but to be honest it was... The views from the rooms with balconies are stunning. The rooms themselves are comfortable - good mattresses, reasonable size. The food was excellent - a plentiful buffet catering for all tastes. However, the way the place is run is shambolic! We'd booked the hike to Fenyan for 4 people and they tried to charge us for 10people. They forced us... More
