well the staff is not trained at all, weak English knowledges, and no interste in helping with anything. The SPA is perfect, the locations i very close to the lifts 50 m. Internet is free of charge! Good parking. more

Booked holiday through First Choice and got back 7.2.09, snow conditions where great and we had a great weeks skiing. The transfer time from Sophie to Bansko is 3 hours but you have a toilet break for 15mins, the coaches are nice and it wasnt that bad.
