Bansko Royal towers is literally the perfect place to stay for skiing in Bansko. It is literally over the road from the gondola station and next door to the shopping mall which has a few shops and a decent supermarket. The management company Bamro greeted us in reception upon arrival and showed us around the room which has comfy beds,... More

We were in Bansko Royal Towers for three days and the hotel is in the average. The internet was very bad because from three days we had internet only couple of hours. Next, the food was good but the salad was not fresh. The spa center was not open on time and closed before the time. The staff in the... More

The room was very spacious and clean. There is even a small kitchen corner, so it is great for families with babies and young kinds. The hotel is close enough to both the slopes and the town center, but far enough to avoid the noisy crowds. The hotel have very nice garden with a kids playground (another good reason for... More

Possibly the nearest accommodation to the Gondola station and right next door to the Carrefour supermarket.Really pleasant and well equipped apartments. My one bedroom apartment had wi fi (that worked very well),cooker hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge,tv (with about 6 English speaking channels) and DVD player. The plasma heaters were new to me but seemed to keep the apartment warm enough.Had plenty of hot water(although... More

We have stayed at this hotel twice and found it to be very good. The location is excellent as it is very close to the Gondola, mall with supermarket and restaurants and bars. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and well equipped. The Wi-Fi did not work too well but an ethernet connection is available albeit... More

This is really not a hotel but an apartment complex. I guess the rooms are all furnished in different fashion and ours was very basic. Bathroom was a joke. It was impossible to take a shower without getting all of the toilet flood with water. No shower curtain and only a handheld shower. Luckily there was a spa department with... More

This place is advertised as a 4* hotel. It's surely not! We rented 4 apartments on 2 separate occasions in January and March 2014. Feedback was the same from everyone: - Central heating not working/electrical heaters produce bad indoor environment - No steady supply of warm water - No free Wi-Fi in the apartments (standard in most other places) -... I had already read many reviews and I have to say that I was a bit disappointed after staying there. The location is excellent, 2 minutes to the gondola station, very close to all bars and restaurants on Pirin st. The room (stayed at a studio for 2 persons) was really spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and a... More

We spent 7 nights there in February 2014 (2 adults, 1 child aged 12) for a half term ski holiday in Bansko, and overall we were very pleased. As pretty much every other review states, the location is just about perfect; very close to the Gondola, a large Carrefour Supermarket, plus an ATM next to reception. PROS - Perfect Location... More

If you're planning on visiting Bansko ski resort than this is definitely one best places to stay. Very close to the Gondola ski lift (less then 5 min walk) this proved to be worth while due to having to carry your ski/snowboarding equipment and walk in your ski/snow boots. A short walk to supermarket and restaurants. Pros: 1) Very good... More
