My wife and I travel a lot. This was our 2nd stop on this journey. The Longbow cabin is a very special place, so beautiful that everyone that has come across it, would never forget it. So did I, after watching it in this Public Television documentary about the beauty of Arkansas,10-14 years or so ago,.... it stayed in my... More

My fiance and I stayed at Longbow resort over Memorial Day weekend and had a supremely relaxing time. From the moment that Mr. Pearson said goodbye, we did not see or hear another human being. Our only visitor was a particularly friendly racoon who was clearly used to getting what he wants from the visitors of Longbow. The cabins are... More

We recently stayed in the Sovereign Cabin and my parents stayed in Bois D'Arc. Sovereign was truly a work of art. We had the opportunity to see three of the cabins and this one was our favorite. If you are looking for a secluded place to get away from it all, then here's your place. No cell coverage. No TV.... More

My husband and I have stayed at Longbow 2-4 times a year for the last three years. We've stayed in each cabin at least twice. This is our get-away in Arkansas and we love it more everytime we go. The two lower cabins, Bushmaster and Longbow, give us an opportunity to relax without internet, cell phones, social media, etc. interfering.... More

I have been to Longbow twice and stayed in two different cabins. It is my Shangri La and can honestly say after visiting all 50 states that it is my favorite place to stay in the United States. I plan to go back at least once every year. While the roads are rough, it is worth it when suddenly your... More

I love going places that are unique and exciting and this is WAY up there with both of those categories. Ben is a treasure all on his own and his love of his properties is heart warming. You can tell the amount of time, love and dedication he has put into every one of them. We loved the tour of... More

We hit the peak of color the third weekend of October. Staying in the Bushmaster was amazing. If you are looking for solitude and nature this is the place. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and listening to the creek burble as it flows under the cabin is better than any other medication for a stressful life.... More

Cabin is built-in to a rock cliff. All natural rock and wood. The only complaint is the furniture which is really outdoor chairs with worn cushions. The first couple of days was not a problem. On the third day it rained so had to spend most of the time inside and uncomfortable. Other than that this place is fabulous. Will... More

We recently stayed at the Longbow Resort, rented the Sovereign cabin ... not our first choice but, because of wintery/ice/snow conditions, this was the only cabin we could get to! This cabin was no disappointment ... rockwork amazing, free standing rock shower w/waterfall is such a work of art, and we enjoyed the hot tub perched on the edge of... More

To be fair, it seems as if this cabin is still under construction. We stayed at the Sovereign Cabin at Longbow Resort for 3 nights. On the good side, the cabin is unique with the rocks from the mountain coming right into the room with you. The hot tub was great. The beds are nice and there is a beautiful... More
