Great place to stay for a family get together. We kept a fire going in the large fire place all day and roasted marshmallows. We are planning to return next year. Great hiking around the cabin. Small children must be supervised.

Although I didn't get to stay at the location overnight, I had a great time visiting there and the view is terrific out back. Nice chairs to sit down and relax. Definitely worth the effort to get there.

I have not been to a more beautiful state park. This one seems unique. Has it's own weather too. Stunning views, beautiful lodge looks, and breathtaking views. A few negatives. One restaurant, none other for miles. Has nice hiking trails, swimming pool, not much else. We stayed in a cabin. The room was comfortable and clean. You are in the... More

What a beautiful place...the lodge is fantastic rustic looking with all the comforts of home...very clean and well kept. They have lodge rooms or cabin you can rent. The dinning area is wonderful with a beautiful fireplace and the food excellent. The views are spectacular and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back again and again

As we travel all 50 states, we have become very fond of the various state parks and their lodges. Mt Magazine is the best of the best. The property still feels new, but is done in the classic lodge design. The views are absolutely spectacular-we had a single king room with a balcony and jacuzzi. During the one rainy, foggy... More

Drove from Ohio to Arizona. This is one of the places we stayed. Probably would never stop in Arkansas if not for the drive. Absolutely loved the lodge and surrounding areas. Beautiful! I am now recommending a visit to Mount Magazine to my friends.

I went on a tour trip and this is the only hotel we did not have any issues at which I was grateful for. The views were stunning. The only sad part is we only had one night there and it was foggy so I didn't get to enjoy the views as much as I'd like. We ate at the... More

We had a total of 12 people, 6 of them were from 3 different states. We decided to go to the Lodge and spend the night. We met in Hot Springs and rode our Trikes to Petit Jean State Park, then to Mt. Nebo State Park, we finished the day on Mt. Magazine. The rides and the views were great.... More

We would like to extend our appreciation for your choosing to travel, gather and meet from three different states at various state park locales in Arkansas. Your driving route indeed included some amazingly spectacular vistas. Our sincere apology for your dissatisfaction in the food and service provided in the restaurant; we strive to deliver superior service and quality food to... More

Lovely property, friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean. If there wasn't a big fat cloud sitting on the mountain, we would have seen a wonderful view according to the other guests. Plenty of parking. All the rooms are on the side with the view. We were on the third floor. We did not have a balcony or cathedral ceiling but... More

We just enjoyed a relaxing scenic weekend here- it was just what we needed! We stayed in the 3 bedroom cabin with 2 other couples. It is plenty of space for all of us. Living/kitchen/dining all open areas & the entire back with huge windows viewing the spectacular valley below. Beautiful fireplace with flat screen tv- does not get SEC... More
