Complete dump. I thought our windows were wide open because I could hear every single truck that passed on I-55. Dead serious, it was as though we were in a tent camping on the side of I-55. Mattress was probably 20 years old....could feel the springs. Staff was very nice.

I was traveling late and needed a place to stay. The walk in price was $59 for one bed. I arrived just before midnight and just couldn't drive any longer. I should have slept in my car! The room was dirty in every way. Dried liquid stains on every surface in the room and on the walls. Black mold throughout... More

The hotel wasnt wheee it was supposed to be, they wouldnt cancel after this fact because it was past 6. The room is smelly and extremely dirty. The remote didnt work, the microwave cord was about 5 feet short from any outlet and the only ice machine that we had. To search for for 20 minutes was broken. I will... More

We stayed at this hotel under extreme circumstances. Ice had essentially closed down I-55, and we needed a last-minute room. We booked a reservation on-line around 2pm for that night, and the staff called to confirm it. Due to traffic, we didn't arrive until about 8:30. The place was booked full and stranded travelers kept showing up asking for rooms.... More

I spend 48 weeks of the year with a crew, traveling for work, nonstop (approximately 336 days in hotels), and this was my WORST experience, EVER! 1) Booked nonsmoking rooms, and at least 3 of 5 "nonsmoking" rooms stunk of smoke, or some other funk. 2) The phone had NO cord. Not a cord to the wall, nor a cord... More

Went to Osceola for my high school reunion. Osceola is still the same. Stayed there on October 8th 2013 for 3 nights in room 119. Really enjoyed my stay, and the free breakfast in the onsite Restaurant was delicious. The housekeepers were very nice, and cleaned my room everyday. Room was nice and staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay... More

I was traveling with my tired 2 year old. Liked that the entrance door was easily accessible to carry luggage in. First room #116 on the end, had no wifi signal whatsoever. Was very crowded with love seat, table, chair, desk and king bed. Called front desk and was moved to another room due to no wifi signal. Had to... More

I saw three rooms in this hotel...all were disgusting. Room #108: AC Unit had NO KNOB to control the temperature or air flow, a brown ring in the toilet with brown vertical stains around the interior of the bowl. The desk clerk--very friendly, extremely helpful--brought a knob that didn't work, then showed me two more rooms. Room #128 looked dirty... More

Needed a place to lay our heads for one night on our trip back north. Right off the highway, large room with two chairs, fridge, good shower, etc. $51! Free cooked to order breakfast in the attached local restaurant. Friendly staff. What more do you need?

This is a convenient location right off of I-55. The lobby and breakfast area was being remodeled so I can't rate that component of the stay. The desk clerk was helpful, gave me a room near the end where it was very quiet and had a good wifi signal. Rooms are clean, beds were good, and that's all I was... More
