Stayed 3 nights. Hallways had no airconditioning and the hallway carpets were filthy. There were very few places to put your luggage. No desk or table and the dresser was covered with the TV. At least they had smoking rooms. more

I am a middle-aged woman who travels frequently for business, had a reservation and arrived at this hotel late one evening- around 9:30 p.m. Checked in promptly and took my luggage to a second floor room located at the back of the property. Tried to open the door, room was occupied- I know I nearly scared the man that was... more

Well, I'm not sure what I can say. This was a typical Hampton Inn. I was not sure what type of neighborhood it was in; but I'm really aware of safety and security. As long as I was in my hotel before dark, I felt safe. I'm not sure it's totally fair to say that, since I'm like that everywhere... more

My husband and I checked into this hotel recently, only to get up to our room and find that the air conditioner didn't work - JUNE IN LITTLE ROCK!!! It was in the 90's. The room was cramped, dated, and dirty. The whole hotel was dirty. Staff was not helpful. We would not recommend this hotel at all. Not at... more

Nice place. Everything seems very new and remodeled. A few maintenance issues (slow sink drain.) Very nice, warm front desk. Great breakfast. I didn't feel unsafe or as the previous reviewers stated "bothered by the riff raff." (Good heavens, its the Hampton Inn, not the Ritz.) Basically, very classy freshly remodeled room, good lighting, comfortable place to spend the night.... more

Ok, they have renovated and re-furnished this old Hampton and that is nice, but the rooms are small, bathrooms tiny, and tub old and it was dirty. The pool is outside, no whirlpool. Staff was friendly enough, but it's not up to Hampton level of hotel, but they have tried. more

As a Hilton Honors member; I’ve always been loyal to the Hilton Family, until now! When traveling a Hampton Inn is always the first hotel I look for...on the night before Thanksgiving 2007, while in this Hampton Inn hotel, someone broke into our room while we were asleep. The next morning we found our door propped open and several items... more

Our room was nice, clean, recently remodeled but to get to the elevators you had to walk thru all the remodeling on the first floor. Staff nice and breakfast one of the best! more

This property uses low rates to attract walk-in traffic, and walk-in traffic, based on our experience, attracts riff-raff. My wife and I were assigned a fourth floor room during check-in, and upon arrival to the floor, we were greeted by a guest and his wife standing in the hallway screaming obscenities at each other. If this were to be the... more

The Hampton Inn off of I 40 in North Little Rcok, Arkansas was wonderful. My family and I stayed the week of July 20th. The updated warm breakfast was beyond our expectations. Having access to wireless internet at no cost made our hotel stay feel like a super deal. We could take 29th to Pershing to Main street and end... more
