Cute, clean cabins right on the Norfork River. The boats for rent were in good running condition, and were even equipped with the nets that you will definitely need to get the fish you will be catching! Gene's is one of the best places to stay for the great trout fishing in Arkansas. The cottages look like small manufactured houses with large decks overlooking the river. We had a one bedroom cottage and it was fine for the two of us. Queen size comfy bed. I would not add more people as the kitchen and bathroom spaces... more

Having stayed at a few resorts I would undoubtedly rate this as the best I have stayed at. The accomodation is clean and well kept. The location is great for fishing and the staff friendly. All in all a great location for fishing on the northfolk river more
