We rented a cabin with two queen bed. It was very nice. The bathroom was clean and full of towels. There was a deck with a great grill both charcoal and propane. Our picnic table faced the river and with lots of nature surrounding us. There was a problem with the TV however the owner came and fixed it right... More

This place has such potential but as it is, it's completely disgusting and totally unsafe. The teepees have holes and are in terrible condition. The door flap of the large one is ROTTING and MOLDY. And not just a little, it's falling apart and mostly mold. Heating in the teepee is a joke. Don't count on any type of heat.... More

I don't know when those pics were taken, but it wasn't anytime recent. We rented the largest teepee. We were told that there was electricity, heat, TV and 4 queen beds. We wanted to stay for the novelty but were misled as to the accomodations. While there were 4 queen size beds, they were not like in the pictures. They... More

First of all, it is nothing like the pictures shown...We rented the big Teepee because we had family in from up north and it looked and sounded like fun. It was not. It had rained quite allot and the whole inside of the teepee was wet. The plywood floor was bowed in and moved when you walk, the steps going... More

My family and I planned our trip over two months in advance. We wanted to have the best experience we possible could on our little get away. We got the largest teepee there so the eight of us could all stay together and have a good time. In the photos on the diamond johns website you will see a beautiful... More

The pictures are nothing like the website! Not clean, holes in the teepee, moldy misty smell in the teepee, foul odor from the cage of the animals they have. The pictures on the website look to be pictures of another rental resort in the area!!

First things first the people there are really nice. But, with that being said they do NOT use the money they make on upkeep of their establishment! We rented the treehouse cabin for a week after seeing the pictures of it. What we stayed in was definitely NOT what was in those pics! Maybe it looked like that years ago... More

It was only a stop along the way during this vacation, next time it will be our vacation. Tons of stuff to do for the kids. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating.i would consider it glamping with style. Can't wait to spend more time there.

Stayed in the largest teepee. Came in late owner was friendly despite the hour and quick to get us settled. We were warned of the cold when making the reservation and advised to bring sleeping bags, really needed them the first night. The teepee is not perfect but unique and the kids were in heaven! If we would have had... More

The location was great, the surroundings were beautiful, the accommodations were one of a kind. If you book a teepee here, don't expect a typical hotel. There were a few surprises, like very rustic amentities and the owners could do a better job on the cleanliness of the teepees. But, after embracing a camping-like experience, we had a great time....
