The word resort should be used loosely when speaking of Jack's. The "resort" features several hotel type rooms and a handful of cabins. The cabin in which we stayed was old and definitely worn but was comfortable enough. A few updates, a coat of paint and some basic maintenance are largely overdue. The boat dock where they rent out their... More

Were do you start! We have been holding our family reunion at Jack's Resort for at least 10 years. The accommodations are simple, clean and rustic. There is an RV park and basketball court on premises. The resort staff is friendly and most accommodating. JoJo's Restaurant has great food at excellent prices. A large pavilion is in the middle of... More

We spent 3 nights here the weekend before the 4th of July. We shared a double room (upstairs) with a grown son and thought it was going to be miserable. What a surprise! The beds were old, pillows flat, but had a kitchenette and the view was to die for. We took a raft trip (8 miles) and floated to... More

We were guided by Jason Brown (1-870-291-7073) excellent guide ask him about his (full service help). from West Texas. We will be back in Sept. for the Rainbow pre span. The price was o.k., the boat was o.k., for the guide and three fishing. the weather was great, the river was moving fast and the fishing was very good.

Very economical and nice remodeled rooms. Great place to stay for a fishing trip. We had stayed here a few years ago and it was ok for a place to stay just to fish. The rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable and roomy. Not far from fishing areas. We didn't have a boat but there are docks available... More

My husband and I have stayed here once and passed on a 2nd stay. The first visit, we got a room on the ground floor with a screened porch overlooking the White River. The view was amazing, an the room, though dated and rustic, was clean enough to pass. Since we don't fish, the view was what we paid for... More

This quaint resort on the White river was opened in the 1960's and last updated in maybe the 1970's. It is a great place to stay for a trip to the Mountain View, Arkansas area, if you are looking for a rustic fishing resort. Although dated, The room was clean, had comfortable beds, a screened porch, and a small kitchen.... More
