I reserved my room by phone in advance of our memorial day weekend. I reserved a non-smoking room and when we arrived at our room I recieved a smoking room and we could not change cause they were all booked up. And then the worst part was the room. When we got there the bathroom floor was covered in someone elses hair that had not been cleaned a bar of used soap was still in the shower from the people before us. The A/C did not cool the room and it made noise all night long.
For the price of 72.00 dollars we should have recieved excellent service and it was far beyond that the people at the front desk was not kind at all and not very caring of the nasty room they did not care what it looked like. The sheets on the bed were not fitted they only had flat sheets that was probably the same ones from the other people that had stayed recently.
