We really liked this resort! The cabins are old, know that & don't expect walking into a brand new cabin. But with that said ours was clean & comfortable! They have a game room with a pool table & a couple computers, and a few games in it. Our kids loved this area! We brought their bikes so they would... More

This was my first trip to Blackburn's and I had a great time. I love to fish, and Blackburn's is the place to go for fishing. We enjoyed fresh catch from Lake Norfork that Steve prepared at the fish fry and it was excellent. I can't wait to do it again.

My two boys and I stayed for three days and rented a pontoon. The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful. The owner was a typical man and did offer advice on fishing when I asked. I liked the country feel. My pontoon was in perfect working order. The cabin was comfortable; yes a little outdated. I read... More

Blackburns is just ok. The whole resort needs some updating. We rented 2 cabins. The first one smelled of mildew the first few days we were there, They thought they would hide the smell by placing air freshener in the air conditioner. When we opened the door for the first time, it about knocked us down because it was so... More

My family has been going to Blackburns since 2006, and as soon as we leave, we start planning the next year's trip. Steve and Debbie and everyone are great. The cabins are big enough and far enough from the dock that my kids can't do anything stupid (they're teenagers now). We just finished another great trip--fishing, swimming, even cable tv... More

We have been visiting Blackburns twice a year for more than 15 years now. Just returned from another great week. You can't find a better value on Norfork, nor a better place to stay. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If you can't find the fish you haven't asked Steve, the owner, where and how to fish. Blackburns is... More

Great value friendly atmosphere. Steve and the team do everything to make your trip enjoyable. Best value I can imagine for a week away from the office. Fishing is great and the lake is excellent. We have been coming back for 15 years.
