I stayed there 2 nights and I found the room a little bit dirty and noisy. Staff was nice. Breakfast was nice but nothing excited, I wish they had more local products and better information about things to do.

Stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Fantastic location over the water just like being on a ship. Use of the rowing boat and kayaks was a bonus. This was one of our best stays in Chile. The neighborhood, location, staff, breakfast, and overall feeling were a delight. I particularly liked that the walls were given a slight curve during the remodel, so it felt a bit like being in a boat.
