If your budget is small and you're traveling to Chiloé, this one will not disappoint you. Great staff, great facilities for the price and location just across the road of the 'Cruz del sur' terminal. Only way you won't like it, is if you're looking for something REALLY quiet.

The best hostal I ever stayed in. clean, great staff, great breackfast and facilities, garden, and anything else you can want from a hostal. The penguin tour was great, and the advices I got from the staff were better than any tourist agancy. If you are going to Chiloe, I'll definatly recommend as a place to start.

We stwyed thefirst time in a 5bed dorm which was in the basement, no floor space for 5 rucksacks, the window was tiny so very dark and the bathroom was very old. When we returned the 2nd time for a night we stayed in a 4bed dorm which was alot brighter and bigger. However all the doors and floorboards creek... More

One of the best hostals in my SA trip, very clean, well equiped and very well located as well. The staff is really nice and helpful, full and varied breakfast. it's a result of a team loving and enjoying its job, Keep up the good work guys!

We stayed here for christmas and it was okay. The hostel was pretty expensive, the breakfast was minimal, and the guests who we stayed with were probably the best part. We were invited out for a pisco by pancho, but at the end of the night we were left with a 60 US dollar bar tab. I personally ordered two... More

Just over a month after leaving Chiloe (13 Lunas speficially) and I still miss this hostal.all the staff are wonderful & knowledgable whom I became friends with. A great vibe catering for those who want to relax or those with more energy. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in my travels (scrambled eggs included!), super clean, fantastic kitchen... More

This might be one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at, from the large sunny kitchen, to the gorgeous sitting area upstairs with its wall of windows looking out toward the sea. The beds are very comfortable and there are big, secure lockers for every bed. There is a lovely backyard with hammocks and a picnic table, so should... More

I put two stars because it is clean and you get eggs at breakfast..If you want to sleep before eleven o'clock just go somewhere else... staff are just incompetent...at the end you can find much better hotels for the same price and very close.

Could not fault this hostel at all. Right next to Cruz del Sur station. But more importantly the staff were so friendly, breakfast was great esp the eggs, tour to the penguins provided by the hostel themselves & comfortable (wide) dorm beds. Great hostel. Thank you.
