Thanks Juan for such an amazing respite along the carretera austral. We were dusty and dirty and this place was impeccable but Juan welcomed us with a smile and an, "aventura" This is an amazing oasis in the middle of Coyhaique. As soon as you enter through the gate, all the noise and bustle of Coyhaique drops away. As you... More

We got here after a long and tough day on the Carretera Austral and we were received warmly by the owner , Don Juan . He showed us the cabaña and turned the heating on immediately . The kitchen is well equipped , the hot water is hot and has good pressure . The beds are comfortable and the WiFi... More

The place is very pleasant and peaceful. There is a garden with a fantastic view that will take your breath away. Rooms are very comfortable and bathrooms are nice. There is no breakfast but you can make your own coffee and tea as everything is already in the room, including a fridge. The owner is very friendly and the price... More

We really enjoyed our stay in the Cabanas Mirador. They are surrounded by a great garden with beautiful flowers with an amazing view to the mountains. The last cabana has the best view. You feel like living middle in the nature. The owner is very polite and helpful and do everything you enjoy your stay. The rooms are perfectly equipped... More

As 3 cycle tourists we were ready for some comfort and warmth plus the facilities of a larger town and Coyhaique and Juan's accommodation did not disappoint. Juan's garden is stunning and the view overlooking the valley and mountains is superb. Certainly smell the roses but as Juan will inform you the plants prefer to keep their blooms so don't... More

We had a great stay at Mirador Cabanas. Whilst I wouldn't necessarily recommend Coyhaique as a place to stay, Juan is a superb host and the rooms are excellent, very clean, warm and comfortable with private bathrooms. Reasonably priced - having seen a room at El Reloj which is next door the rooms are just as good and almost half... More

We arrived un-planed. Juan slightly speaks english but is a great host. Cosy cabanias. Good location. We used it to eat inside, "home food" by buying stuff in a good supermarket and relax. Parking near the cabin.

Juan the owner/operator, has attention to detail second to none, we stayed a second night and on our return north from our trip south along the carretera austral, we made a point of staying there again. Very, very clean and well located. When we went out to dinner (at the Bomberos, a MUST, ask him for directions), he had washed... More

The Mirador is right on the main street of Coyhaique (and right next to the other hotel reviewed on Trip Advisor, El Reloj) but faces an amazing scenic canyon (hence the name, 'Mirador'), and once inside the property, you forget you are right in the city. The proprietor, Juan, is friendly and attentive, and he has cabanas and also inn... More
