We decided to splurge on a hotel room our last night in the region and after 6 nights in hostals of varying quality, we really really enjoyed staying at El Reloj. The rooms were very clean and had wifi. Their staff spoke English and cheerfully opened our bottle of wine and provided glassware and cocktail ice for us to take... More

Restaurant is best feature, with excellent steaks. Buffet style breakfast very good. Bathrooms are modern. Floors squeak and bed frames move. Nice view from rear of Hotel. Red wine not served by the glass, only by bottle. Free off road parking. WiFi good. Friendly staff and easy access on foot to the confluence of two rivers and town centre. Stayed... More

It is an easy walk to shopping, banks, restaurants, and landmarks like the cemetery, etc The hotel is very modern and it looks like it has been recently renovated. Rooms are very modern, especially the bathrooms. Wi-fi is free and accessed in your room and the connection was... More

Second time in many years that we have stayed at this very well run family hotel. For the service alone, we would not consider staying anywhere else in Coyhaique ! Additionally, the rooms were very comfortable , particularly those at the back of the hotel on the first floor which had luxurious bathrooms . The restaurant has an excellent reputation,... More

We stayed in El Reloj after having a bad night in a nearby B&B after two days of bus transit. We had been traveling for weeks and were tired of lumpy hostel beds and shared bathrooms. We chose El Reloj as a 2-night retreat and really enjoyed the comfortable king-size bed and lovely bathroom with a bathtub. We had a... More

This was our second trip to this city and second stay at El Reloj. This time, we stayed for three nights after long days of fly fishing. What a pleasant and comfortable place to return to. The bed was comfortable (we stayed in room #9). The heater and hot water worked. The place was clean. The restaurant was convenient. The... More

I spent five days at the hotel. I had a wonderful experience. The hotel and restaurant were in excellent condition and the staff was very attentive. I met the owner and his family who were very welcoming and willing to make my stay an excellent one. I ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent and as good or... More

Too expensive and unwelcoming. Lake of interest from the reception staff, not a good start for customer service. Go next door "cabanas mirador". Cheaper and much more charming. Despite recommendation from trip advisor and nice presentation, it's definitely not worth it. Stay away!!!

We traveled there at the end of a multi-day guided tour with my in-laws (BTW- Ruth's Salvaje Corazon tour service is incredible- request Andres as your bilingual guide, especially if you like to fly fish). This place is cute- particularly the lobby. Somewhat clean, plain, small, but comfortable rooms set a few blocks from the plaza. My in-laws said they... More
