There are only 2 places to stay in Melbourne, and Ashley House is the better of the two. It is quiet, quaint and charming. Lots of antiques and pretty furniture and décor. There are bedrooms with queen beds, rooms with king size beds & day bed, and even a cottage you can rent. The breakfast is make ir yourself =... More

Not much to chose from in this town, but this place would be a good stay no matter what town it is in. Good wifi, decent continental style breakfast. Location is pretty much in the middle of town. Stay here several times a year. No surprises.

We arrived without reservations, having simply decided to not travel any further toward Missouri. since no one was on the premises, we called the number, but the telephone discussion was a bust, thanks to cell phone outages. The owner simply came over. She gave us a hug to welcome us and made us feel immediately at home. The room was... More

Very cute bed and breakfast that makes you feel right at home. Great people who own and run the place. Each room has its own personalidad making it feel much more like being in your own house instand of a hotel.

Have stayed here a couple of times now and it hasn't been a let down yet. Very clean atmosphere, nice amenities and very spacious. Family and I stayed comfortable since rooms are large. Last time we stayed I noticed a grill. Will have to check into that next time we go.

The Bed and Breakfast hotel is a wonderful place. Extremely clean and quiet. This is the best place to stay for the area. You have the white river to discover among many other area attractions. The owners (Shayne and Tonya) are very helpful and provide an exceptional service.

My husband and I have stayed at the Ashley House many times. It is a beautiful Inn with comfortable clean rooms. There are lots of antique pieces and country decorations.
