Perfect place to stay for a first trip to Thailand. Rooms and hotel spotless. Best beds ever.......... Food excellent and the prices are not to expensive for this type of hotel. Peace and quiet all around. Only thing to consider is to get to the beach you need to cross a road... but don't let it put you off.

I was there for 6days with my 3 year old daughter. But 6days was too long to stay since there are not many things around the resort. Hotel is nice, rooms are clean but location is abit far from everything. Beach is dirty and rocky and narrow. A road separates the beach from the hotel. Hotel charges THB250/day for wifi. Can't understand why 5 star hotels charge for wifi when backpacker hostels can give it free..

Very enjoyable stay in the Sofitel. Staff were helpful and friendly and responded to any feedback we provided promptly and to a more than satisfactory standard. Spa is definitely worth a visit. hope to visit again one day.
