Me and my friends stayed here for 2 days from 26th - 28th August, a rainy season over there. After check-in, their staff leads us to our room and introduced one by one of their facilities. Besides, we have had island tour for the next day, they even prepared towels for us. So far, we never experienced this service before.... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and the resort is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and very helpful in many ways. The room amenities is very good, and we stayed in the premier plus room and it is splendid, with full access to the private pool. Thou is is far away from the main attraction and bit secluded area,... More

The Elements turned out to be a splendid, if unexpected, gem of a holiday destination for my threesome family in monsoonal early August 2014. Its location in proximity to mining industry logistics is not ideal, but its services, facilities and exceptional staff more than made up for any shortfall. We particularly appreciated the flexibility in re-arranging our tour packages to... More

We stayed here in April as part of a large group. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are really large with very comfortable beds. Free drinking water is stocked up every day in your room. Wifi was a bit hit & miss. The hotel is very quiet, and there isn't very much nearby which means it is very... More

I stayed at The Elements for six nights in January 2014 with my family. It was wonderful. The garden and the pool was really nice, and breakfast was good too. The only con was the location, although it also was nice to be "alone", with no other hotels close to it. We went to Ao Nang for a couple of... More

With the sea on one side and a dense forest on the other, the element resort is based at a very scenic location. The place is very very calm. They have an amazing restaurant. Everything about the place is nice.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel in April. It hotel is beautiful, the gardens are kept very well and the rooms are extremely clean and well looked after. Its a little bit out of town but the hotel put on a free shuttle bus so its easy to get in and out. We really enjoyed our stay. Couple... More

We got married down the road from The Elements and asked this hotel to put on a BBQ the night before the wedding. The did a fantastic job and everyone loved it. The setting in the garden was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Most if our wedding guests stayed at the hotel and had a lovely time, no complaints.... More

Stayed 3 nights at the resort. The resort is really big and beautiful. The service is excellent, i mentioned in the email while making arrangements for airport transfers that this will be my honeymoon trip. The receptionists checked my email upon arrival and told their staff to prepare my room with honeymoon decorations and gave me a complimentary cake. The... More

Overall resort is ok but I can not say I would be happy to return there. Staff is doing their best to serve you well, especially Justin and two more girls from reception, who were positively mentioned many times in TripAdvisor. But the rest of the staff doesn't speak English well and can not assist you promptly and efficiently. Rooms... More
