I travel on business 150-200 days per year and I have to say this was one of the most delightful hotel stays I've ever had. I always look forward to the annual meeting in Arkansas because I know I will receive superb service from a friendly, professional staff and a room inside the cleanest hotel I have ever had the... more

Third time to stay here since June 2007. Was in King Suite. Bathroom door would not close, toilet seat loose, toilet extremely hard to flush, sofa had torn cushion, chair to desk would not raise high enough to use computer. 1 wastebasket in room and limited towels. Reported problems to front desk upon arrival and again next morning- both verbally and... more

Clean and convenient. Breakfast was good but dining area was REALLY SMALL. Traveled there for a HS graduation and the dining area got crowded very fast. Long line at the wafflemaker -- some customers making 4-5 waffles at a time with no regard to the people behind them waiting to make a waffle so get there early for breakfast. Front... more

We stopped here without a reservation. It was late and the front desk attendent gave us a deal on a King-size Suite $80. This was very spacious with a separate area containing a couch and coffee table. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast area was small and they began to clean it up at 9:30 exactly, so be... more

The room was failry clean. We noticed some dirty fingerprints on the wall. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast area is very small.... more

Although they answer the phone as an award winning hotel, some things could have been better. The breakfast room will fit about 12 people and the hallways are quite dark. For a hotel that looks newer from the outside the rooms were also quite dark and the furniture quite used. My sheets and pillow cases were dirty in which the... more

My family stayed there for my grandmothers funeral and we called in advance and said that there would be at least 10 family's staying at this hotel. We were quoted $62 a night. That was for only 1-2 people on double room queen size beds, we were expecting to sleep 3-4 per room for 62.00 and we were charged an... more

I stayed at this hotel in August of 2004. It looked like a very new hotel. The rooms were ok inside. I was on the 1st floor and could here the people above us every time they walked across the floor. I noticed the next morning there were ants and spiders on the bedspread that I had laid in the... more
