We stayed for 1 night and ate dinner and breakfast there as well. The staff were all great, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the beds exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were really very good, especially for the money. Although the hotel is on the main road and our room was at the front there was little... More

Having just driven up from the south of France, we wanted somewhere cheap, handy for Folkestone, and decent to crash for the night. Got a great deal on a family room, which was basically a good sized room, with a double bed and two singles. The beds and rooms had recently undergone refurbishment, so it was a very nice place... I recently stayed at this hotel for a week during a work trip. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms were well sized, well equipped and clean. The bed was very big and comfortable. The menu at the restaurant offered good choice and staff were well mannered. For work purposes I preferred my stay at the Premier Inn over the... More

Room was fantastic and had a great night's sleep. Breakfast staff unwelcoming and walked by as if uninterested in our arrival (have stayed here before and had the same experience). Tables were left uncleared for long periods of time. Had to ask for glasses for fruit juice and plates for the toast as had run out - staff did not... More

I've stayed in Premier Inns before over the years, only because it has been for business and I have not had any other option. In my opinion they are only marginally better than Travelodge. Chester PI was particularly pants!! This time I chose Premier Inn because I had a family emergency and it was the nearest hotel to where I... More

I stayed here two night ago, I stay in Premier Inns nearly every week due to my work. This was a small hotel and recently refurbished. Standard pleasant greeting and went to my room, stunning room recently decorated, obviously Premier Inn have recently changed their décor. After a day on the road had my shower and settled down for the... More

Stayed here earlier in the week. I booked a twin room and unlike the previous Premier Inn actually got twin beds not one large bed and a uncomfortable little bed. The hotel was clean and perfectly adequate for my needs. The adjacent pub served breakfast which was nice. Didn't hear any noise from the main road which was good. Would... More
