We stayed in the hotel as part of our North coast Dominican Republic vacation. The most important advantage of the hotel is the location right above the ocean so you can enjoy amazing views (p.s. everything on the pictures is true). The breakfast was very good - good quality of food, enough choices everyday. The feeling when you are having... More

This is a budget hotel, but I enjoyed it. The pros: great location, friendly staff, plenty of hot water, romantic restaurant. The cons: no wifi in the rooms, deferred maintenance, not enough storage for clothing. The wifi problem was a serious one for me, so I cannot recommend this hotel. Also, I was traveling alone, and there was not adequate... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of our North-coast holiday trip in the island, with some improvements this could have been one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed. I find it a little bit pricy since it needs some improvements in some things that look very old, for example the T.V, the carpet in the hall looks... More

This was our second stay here and we liked it as much as last time. The rooms are fresh and clean, the staff are friendly and fun and the breakfasts are good. The pool is nicely situated and the views are stunning.

I stayed in this hotel for one night only, as a getaway from Casa Marina. It is a beautiful hotel, grounds are very attractive. Prices are different for different floors. The first floor is cheaper, $95.00. The second is more expensive and the third even more. I guess if you book ahead you would get a cheaper price. Breakfast is... More

Nicely located, on top of the cliff in front of beautiful sea. but unfriendly reception staff and too expensive prices for the offered services. The hotel is old, and need refreshment. The carpet in hallway looked so dirty. The air conditionning is noisy. Wifi is extra and doesnt work in rooms.

We were staying at the Barcelo Resort in Puerto Plata and had to get away after three days- We heard about the great beaches in Sosua and decided to head East, it was only a 30 minute drive. We review the Piergiorgio Place on Trip Advisor and decided to book for a two night stay. The hotel is tucked away... More

This review is a little hard but I will try to break down the various elements so as to present a true picture. The location of the hotel 5/5 The town 2/5 (NOT for families) The breakfast 2/5 (2 for the people who attended and 0 for the food - the eggs station was the only edible option) The room... More

Traveling with my adult daughter and looking for a unique place and we found it perched above the cliffs near Sosua beach. As some suggest, it's a bit faded, but I would counter, that it has so much character this is easy to overlook. Our motto is "If you want a place to be like home, stay home." So it's... More

After deciding to stay at Piergiorgio Palace on a recent trip to Sosua, I will have to say it fit the bill for sun, fun, and quaint art deco accommodations. The price was not too bad for last minute. The breakfast, which is included, was fabulous. Eat those freshly made omelettes while enjoying the magnificent ocean view of Sosua beach.... More
