Stayed there the last 2 weeks. It was fantastic - met other people instantly and got in contact very well. Even the staff is very helpful and friendly - even when you get skimmed. Breakfast is a little bit small, even when you have to surf in the morning. Lunch - even Churrasco Burger is fantastic - just for 150... More

Just an awful experience. The owner have a very poor sense of hospitality. Cheap and good location is not worth the aggravations they caused my friends and I. Watch your belonging. Many people got robbed there. Also seems unsafe for woman.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. VERY UNSAFE My friends and I rented the River House, which has two rooms and a porch. On the evening of Dec 30, 2013, while one of my friends and I were still on the porch, my room was robbed. The thief opened the safe box and took everything in it except my passport.... More

We didn't stay at the hotel, but our hotel was just nearby so we came to Cabarete Surfcamp several times for dinner and we took their surf lessons. The only thing that was good about this place - is the dinner. It was delicious. But even good food doesn't worth being near this place. The owners are extremely rude. Based... More

Speaking about accommodation - we stayed in private studio, first floor. I have no complaints related to our stay - it was perfect, room was clean and cleaning service done every day, they even washed our dishes. We didn't take "meal plan", but usually we had lunch and dinner at the camp's restourant, because it really worths! Everything you take... More

Stayed here for three weeks during december/january 2013/2014. The cheaper rooms are what you can expect for 25 $ (included "breakfast"/dinner). Breakfast consisted of two pieces of bread and butter and jam, everything else cost extra. Dinner was OK. In this place you meet nice people usually during dinner, when people gather around the same table. Made a lot of... More
