Thought maybe the Pachuca Holiday Inn would have improved, however, the construction is not conducive for those who want to rest. The hotel is build around the atrium and is noisy. Rooms are very worn and old. The suite we stayed in was very, but very run down. Roomy, but very run down and cheap looking. Great price if you... More

The worst hotel to stay in Pachuca.... Bad welcoming at check-in, wi-fi/internet not working properly... Cleanliness to be review.... Really not to Holiday Inn standard worldwide..... This hotel is really in needs of a major retrofit to bring it to an acceptable level of Holiday Inn hotel...

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel in Pachuca, although it is nowhere near the city center or the university. The lobby is open and airy and a nice place to meet. The staff is quite friendly. The rooms are enormous, including the bathrooms. The bathrooms contain a razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. for those who may have forgotten their... More

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are comfortable but a little dark. The bathrooms are tiny. Hotel breakfast was good and Wifi is free in all areas of hotel. Its not in the most attractive area of the City.

I was on a botanical field trip with 9 others, and had flown overnight to Mexico City. Pachuca was our first stop, and when we arrived at about 9:30am, the hotel greeted us and let us occupy our rooms. After a quick shower, we were off plant hunting and back at about 7pm. We met up for dinner in the... More

Holiday Inn Pachuca offers the most useful and regular place to sleep for business travelers and short-term visitors in town. Rooms are nice, standard is kept, breakfast included. Beds are very comfortable. Generally, very good option to stay in this town.

I'm not that much into reviewing but this place its so bad that some one has to prevent anyone else from staying here. First the elevator can barely fit my stroller, so if you come with a large group count on several trips to bring all your people down. The rooms are tiny, i mean New York tiny or Europe... More

This Holiday Inn franchise doesn't meet the minimum standards that Holiday Inn hotels try to have internationally. Rooms are poorly maintained and outdated, and hallways have carpets in bad shape. I was disappointed at this hotel.

This is the first negative review I've ever posted on TA. I generally walk away from poor hotels and shrug them off. But since I seldom if ever stay in Gringo chain hotels in Mexico, I just had to post something here to reinforce my opinion that they are a waste of experience and money. The place could be a... You would think it could be a nice hotel from looking at the lobby. It is nice and looks fun. But the rooms ruin this place. There is also no gym, I rented a suite and was very disappointed. First you could hear the next room easily. One room they gave us smelled like a sewer was leaking in the... More
